( don't remember his last name) had a pretty bad attitude towards most of the passengers, especially to 2 of the elderly Indian women. He acted as if he was ready to kick them out or leave them behind during the trip. He would not passengers relax or sleep on the bus with His voice more like a father talking to children, and he made use of any opportunities to market his real estate business. Also, I was not sure if he was lying or he did not know, but he claimed that the US government no longer allows passenger buses with luggage's to stop by Hoover Dam, therefore he did not let us stop and visit it. However, our friends told us they took the same trip and had no problem visiting Hoover Dam with their group. Do not take this trip with this company.

The shuttle van fits a total of 14, so we were joined by another couple and pair of sisters, who thankfully, were really cool people, so it wasn't awkward at all. The shuttle van was very comfortable and Joseph provided waters and snacks, but you can also bring your own if you like. We visited 4 wineries in total, tastings and winery tours were included in the ticket price, and most wineries offer a 10-25% discount on bottle purchases through Best Coast Tours as well. You can even order your lunch in advance, not included in the ticket price, to be delivered during your lunch stop on the tour. We chose that option and enjoyed our lunch seated at a table on the grass listening to live music. Everything was so convenient and we really got lucky with the beautiful weather. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend Best Coast Tours to anyone from SoCal looking to spend a day out in Temecula without any of the stress of planning and coordinating. Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water!
