Ashish was very professional and respectful, we were traveling to Hawaii for my anniversary and birthday he was able to offer us a great deal with airfare and a really nice hotel at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We were overly satisfied with everything he basically got us everything without us even having to worry about anything. he got us transportation from the airport to the hotel. The service was good and price was very competitive, but there was information about seat selection didn't match up to what the airline agent told me It turns out the Airline is the one that gave me the wrong information, not Rewards travel.
