Despite being very clear that I would not need my plumbing fixtures until mid-December, I've been hounded to take delivery weeks in advance. I even added more product to my order in attempts to get more time. There's zero flexibility or understanding, even though this was discussed with the sales rep Wil up front. To make matters worse, their communication on appliance purchases has been painfully slow -- a few weeks, to get even basic appointment schedule. I ended up going elsewhere and I am so glad I did. For a company positioned as a premium home supplier, their responsiveness and customer service have been anything but. The showroom is nice and their products are solid, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But the lack of professionalism, pushy delivery policies, and poor follow-through have made me regret choosing them for this project. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

We walked the large showroom and saw a wide range of options. With ideas and questions, we then sat down with Connor, who helped us assemble the list of items we needed. Super helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knew which valve assemblies were needed for the brand and style we had selected, and made sure our order was complete. Ferguson shipped all items quickly, for free. This turned out to be a very positive part of the entire remodel experience.

When we visited the showroom (we did not have an appointment), a very pleasant and helpful counter person asked Gay Wanner, inside sales, to work with us. Gay appeared to be very irritated to be asked and acted as though we were an imposition. When we asked for help in picking out faucets and a shower, she just told us to go look at the displays and tell her what we liked. When we asked about toilets, she just pointed to a wall and said "there they are". She did not ask any questions or offer any advice. She was very unhelpful. We made some choices and she wrote down our order and said to watch our email for a quote. It has been almost 2 weeks and we have not received any communication from Ferguson. We visited the Koehler showroom in Poulsbo and received excellent service & choices where we made our order and had it filled within a day.

We ordered several pieces for a bathroom remodel over a month ago after an incredibly uninspiring visit to the show room where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for help and guidance. We selected our elements and purchased them and were told it would be 3 to 5 weeks for some pieces to arrive which aligned with our renovation timeline. Now we are already past that time and we are told it will still be another three weeks for the final elements to arrive in their warehouse, let alone get to our home. I was forced to purchase some pieces elsewhere (which will be at my home less than 8 business days after ordering and now that I did so the delayed pieces havw mysteriously shipped incurring a 25 percent restocking fee. Bear in mind they will wont even arrive at their warehouse for two more weeks and I am expected to pay an additional delivery fee they never disclosed. If you are absolutely desperate to see an honestly small and unimpressive display of a few Kohler pieces by all means feel free to visit this shop but if you are interested in actually having the pieces arrive without a headache or delay, buy them somewhere else. If you have absolutely no other option then definitely work with anyone there except Kim Stranger and certainly take nothing she says as the truth.
