Such a pleasant ride! I called Bangor-Bay Harbor Express the day prior to my departure. Although no one answered, I got a text message instantly and sent an email to bangorbarharborexpress@gmail.com. I received a response within 5 minutes stating that he could take me to the airport. I received a few more emails that reassured me that Joseph would indeed be able to give me a ride! The morning of my departure, Joseph emailed me again to let me know he'd be there to pick me up at 9:30 am. He arrived a couple of minutes early, loaded my suitcase in his van, and drove me to the airport in time for my departure. Thank you for being so accommodating and reliable. I hope everyone else that uses your shuttle services has just as great of a time learning about Maine as I did. I loved hearing all the stories about your life here in Maine and all your encounters here. The local perspective is always the cherry on top!
