Stopped in to get a quick tote. I want to give a shoutout to Diego and Haven who were really helpful. There was another lady working, before Haven, that didnt acknowledge me even though I was standing right next to her, but thats okay. I needed to get something fairly quickly and when I asked for a new product instead of the one on display, both Diego and Haven were eager to find it for me. I absolutely love Coach purses. I own a couple already but needed a pink one. They were having this crazy sale. I believe it's 60% off plus additional 30% or something like that. I was shocked because Coach has competitors. I'm definitely back into Coach as I have been a loyal fan. The guy helping us was super nice and friendly. I didn't quite get his name but he helped do the math on my bag. I was excited and happy with my bag. I will definitely be back. Store was clean and organized. This review is for Abby and her helpful male colleague (didn't catch his name). I came in today looking to replace a pair of sunglasses that broke. I was recommended by the fashion Valley coach store to try the outlet. Long story short Abby was able to replace my broken glasses with the exact pair. Her excellent customer service was more than appreciated as well as the helpful input from her male colleague when she needed some assistance. There was a third associate who's rude remarks were not necessary, however Abby was so nice it made up for her third colleague's lacking customer service. This is by far the worst coach outlet ever..... they cater to only chinese buyers that purchase multiple time.... they purchase over 7 times per person while they have other customer waiting over an hour... im seeing same 3 person buy over and over.. they dont even pull.. they must have few thousand on hold, they even advise them to go put the bags in the car. Then they come back in and go strait in to line and buy again... shocking..... we waited over an hour and their excuse is the cashier is on break ..so they have one cashier dedicated to the multiple chinese buyer... am i in china???? Manager here is so rude to a point, she litterally gives dirty look to a paying customer. So now were at the register... only 1 cashier is helping ... other 2 disappears.. then i mention.. is the other cashier only dedicated for the multiple buying customer? She goes to the back room then the other cashiers come out.. seriously????????? They have 1 cashier dedicated for the chinese people buying 20 thousand items and dont assist new customers???? Please.. give me an effin break!!!!!! 2 hours wait..... just to buy 15 bags???? Store was empty ... only them chinese 3 peeps that are coming in and out... CORPORATE NEEDS TO REGULATE !!!!!!!!!!!! Went to exchange a purse that was purchased in July 2015 and because I didn't have my receipt the store manager karmel wouldn't help me. The purse is defective with the handles unraveling Total BS. I know they can tell by the serial number when the bag was purchased. Karmel had a stink face the entire time. Will never be back to that store!! Wish I could give zero stars. read more

My family and I went to Viejas and suddenly I saw my mom have something around her neck: it's an ID Holder from Coach. I was like, "That's expensive huh?" But she said it's only $19! I didn't believe her at first but on our way home, I told them to stop by Coach so I can see it for myself, and OMG! It is $19! The original price was $69 or something but they gave me a Coupon and I used it and it went down to $19! I love this branch! Very helpful too. Will definitely come back here! read more

Great prices, and I stopped by customer service earlier to get a copy of the directory and there happened to be a bunch of coupons on the counter INCLUDING ONE FOR 50% OFF TOTAL PURCHASE AT COACH!!! What a great deal! Smaller selection that some of the coach stores I've been to at other outlets, but they still have some awesome choices for the ladies. The men selection is a little lacking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I got a wallet for a really good price and left the outlets a happy camper. Handbag fantasy land! So many handbags, the smell of leather, and fantastic employees! I could come here everyday if it wasn't so far from my casa. Outlet stores carry different quality items than the regular stores and sell items that you can only get there, and peppered in are past season items that come in from the regular stores. The service here is fantastic. I love being greeted when you walk in and they come and help you find items. If I come in here looking for a certain color or style, they go and find each items that may work for me and are very attentive. I'm sure some people don't like that, but they are so helpful. Overall their location at the Outlets at Viejas there are not many store options, but Coach is definitely the best store there. read more

Needed some retail therapy, so I dragged my mom to come with me to the Coach store. This one is my favorite! The store is small, yet has a great selection. Two of the workers recognized us from a previous shopping spree and it just got better from there. Both my mom and I made purchases. I am in LOVE with my new purse. It was from the non outlet stores and it is gorgeous. This store has the best customer service in the mall. They answered every question, showed us many options, took our email addresses, and even emailed our receipt in case we needed to return anything. The Alpine location is a smaller store compared to Carlsbad but they have the best stock! The customer service isn't remarkable, I feel like some of the women try to act classy but it comes across as rude. My review is because of a specific employee, Darrell. My mom, who hates shopping, fell for the Lexi bag. She didn't like the colors available at the Carlsbad store so they gave me the number for the Citadel location. We live in SD so driving two hours for a bag was a little much. I called Alpine & Darrell answered. He had the bag in Saddle & offered to put it on hold. A few minutes later he called back to let me know this specific bag was a lighter Saddle shade. I was blown away that he put so much thought into my purchase. I called the following day to make sure they still had my bag on hold & someone had put it away. I was frustrated because the hold was 48 hrs and in less than 24, the bag was gone. A few days later, I told my daughter to call & see if they had the Lexi in Saddle. They did so we drove out to Alpine. We were greated by a kind young man at the door but I had one thing on my mind, finding the Lexi! There were two on the shelf so I picked the better of the two & another sales associate asked if we needed help. I told him my journey to get this bag & he said, 'are you Carrie?' I met Darrell!!! He is as sweet in person as he was over the phone. He patiently waited while we shopped for wallets and other trinkets. I told him the bag was a gift for my mom & he offered to gift wrap it for me. I can't believe Darrell remembered the bag & my name. His customer service & genuine warmth exceeds my expectation of Coach. I had a terrible experience at the Coach Outlet on Tuesday, 11/26/19. I was trying to exchange some birthday gifts I received and they were brand new still in the box and I had the receipts. They showed they were 7 days past the 30 day limit. The clerk and manager would not consider doing the transaction, even though it was plain to see the items were new. The manager told me it was a final sale. I was very disappointed with them. I then called the Las America's Outlet and spoke with their manager Brandon and he and the clerk Irma both kindly helped me and I exchanged my items for things I needed. I had to drive from my home in Lakeside to San Diego, 28 miles while the Viejas store is only 14 miles. I will save myself the trouble next time and just go to Las America's where I was treated very well. read more

Love it!!! I just scored a purse and wallet worth $488 for $250! The staff is so helpful and kind, QUITE THE OPPOSITE of the pretentious staff of the Fashion Valley store. Viejas Casino Coach Outlet: WORST service I've received in my life. I went in at around 1 o'clock on Wednesday, April 26th to buy gists for my friends. I showed an assistant a picture of a bag and asked if they have it, she took it off of the extra 40% off shelf, and told me it's additional 40% off. I then asked if I could take pictures, she said I could take pictures of individual bags but not the entire shelf. So I did and sent them to my friends. I then left the store and waited for my friends' reply. I went in again at 5 o'clock, no one said hi, no one assisted me. There were only two other customers in the store, and there were four sales assistants. I took the first bag and double checked if it was additional 40% off, the sales assistant appeared to be very angry and argued that it was not in a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE attitude. I stayed in the store for about 20 minutes, no sales employee asked me if I needed any help, and they all gave me impolite look. All other customers were greeted and helped. I ended up buying 4 purses and 2 wallets, but they refused to give me one extra bag. The only reason I bought these bags was because I need the bags by the next day. I wish there are cameras in the store so Coach managers could see what has happened at their coach store. Is it bacause I am Asian so they chose to treat me in this manner? This is not how customers should be treated!!!!! read more
