This is a huge outlet store of Coach. Lots of excellent quality clothes, bags, accessories, shoes and many more coach products. They shuffle the inventory and bring in new products regularly. Prices are tagged with amazing discount of 40-70%. Associates are very friendly, looking to help customers with any questions or doubts. The shop has lots of space to accommodate large number of customers. But the checkout line management is not up to the mark. We waited about 20 minutes in checkout line to get to a counter. Yall need to stop playing in customers face. Now Selling way more retail prices than outlet prices. What a rip off! I use to shop here all the time and get tons of bags, wallets and accessories every year for me and my mother and law and my spouse as the Coach Men's. One lady tried selling me the ugliest sloppiest looking oversized bag in the store for almost $500 then told me they had smaller ones for $400 and $300. Those are not outlet prices. You're at Woodbury Commons-- these are the outlets. Stop trying to get one over on us and bring back the outlet pricing. Coach has lost my business for 2026 unless you get your act together and come with better product options and outlet prices for the location this store is in-- Woodbury Commons outlets. Walked out. Went to Michael Kors and got 3 better quality, nicer looking bags and in nicer color options for $250 total. MK actually have clearance items and the clearance selection were nicer than the regular retail items in the front of MK too. AND WAY Nicer structure to the bags than Coach. Ridiculous. If I wanted to pay full price for a name brand bag, I'd shop online or go to Coach at the Garden State Plaza. read more

I was a little nervous to visit this store after seeing some negative tick tock videos on the customer service. But I'm so happy to say I had the complete opposite experience. The store was very clean and so organized which is a big plus for an outlet. I got a huge welcome when I walked in, but I was also given space which I appreciate. I don't always like being pressured to buy. Marvin (who let me know he was new) helped me and he was so sweet!! He led me to the exact bag I was looking for, he helped me pick the right size for my body and also made me feel great about my purchase. Also the woman who checked me out Daia was a sweetie !! Came in to do an exchange the day after Christmas and their team is great! I called in before stopping in and they put my shoes on hold right away, I needed to try a few different sizes while I was in store and the staff was so helpful in getting me what I needed. The cashier that did my exchange was so pleasant I had to comment about it! I never shop in person anymore but my experience today changed that! read more

This location is so big I love it. Everything has its own room so you have space to shop. Customer service is great very attentive and fast paced service lines aren't long at all. They also have a wide variety of die's which Is a great comforter majority stores are always sold out of my particular size. read more

Coach Basquiat is available at Coach outlet now! Even it is factory quality but there are many playful iconic works of art that Coach honors the legacy of Jean-Michel. I actually already bought some of the collection from the online website but I still want to check if they have some interesting piece in the store. What a crazy, crazy, time. If you go there during one of their "announced" sales of 30-35%, where they bring out all kinds of stock, be wary for lines, lots of pushing, people cramming the store and long waits. It's useful that they have staff in there with calculators helping you out - they get credit for sales. A tip - if you find something you like, pick it up and carry it around the store with you. Useful that they have an anytime return policy. Sometimes you can find really decent deals. And they'll explain their pricing, too. Wallets cost more than a big purse because of the stitching involved. The price of leather itself isn't too much of the price they're charging you. And they realize some colors just aren't as popular (and so you see these banana, pink salmon, and other colors here in abundance). The difference between the styles, if it's leather or fabric, and more will determine prices, but you can definitely look around - the selection will vary widely. Some in-Coach store purses were actually there, albeit with some slight flaws if you're willing to put up with that. The back wall is filled with 50% off, and then you take the 30% off. On a non-announced sale weekend, the lines are quite a bit calmer. Although, they still had 30% off coupons up front - but much fewer in the ways of leather products (more of the fabric ones). Speed of the line needs some improvement. And there probably needs to be a set of interpreters for all the tourists that stop in here trying to buy more than 5 items at a time (you can buy only 5 items every 2 weeks). read more

Im a little puzzled there is not a review or 10 for this place already? Anyway, this is a large coach outlet, although I guess all of them are. It has a line often, especially on a weekend or around any holiday. The line is managed with a rope and a guard. etc. If you can get there when there is no line then it means the store wont be so crowded, which of course makes the experience nicer. Coach makes nice bags, no doubt. For me they are too heavy to carry, once I get my camera in them its just not workable. But the bags are gorgeous, well made and very "recognizable" for those who like that. I also find them to be generally handy. They have gloves here which are a dream, and living in Upstate NY nice gloves are such a treasure. Especially if, like me, you wear them for months. They also have nice wallets, travel bags and :knickknack" things. The other things here, some clothing, some shoes etc. looks nice but not my thing so IO can really comment. This is near the Red parking lot, near Kate Spade, near Polo. Its a good location. Come before opening to really be able to get in and out quickly. read more

Nicer and larger than the Coach Outlet store at Riverhead (Tanger Outlets/Long Island), but the staff is the crazy "helpful" type because they clearly work on commission. So come here expecting to say "no" about a thousand times. They do walk around with a calculator to show you the extra discounts being offered that day, but don't expect an honest opinion at all. Not all bags are made equally. Coach clearly manufactures bags and other items to satisfy people who like a bargain, but still want a Coach bag on their arms. So don't be that guy who goes there thinking you'll get the same quality items as the ones sold in retail and department stores, because you won't. This store does have a better selection of more wearable and up to date purses tho. read more

I always get such a deal at this Coach Outlet store. There is a reason why there is always a line outside. There are so many people just waiting to check out the deals that there is a distinct possibility for a mob. Who wants to be mobbed when you are shopping? Also, this helps them control possible shop lifting. I love Coach designs. Poppy wasn't one of my favorites but their shoulder bags and handbags as well as wallets are so classic and at such a deal. read more

Definitely the spot to go to get the greatest bargain on your genuine Coach accessory. this store is always rather popular up at Woodbury Common, and this cold December day, I encountered a rather upsetting line. The line monitor did her best to appease us and another salesperson came out to assure us that we would be happy with our wait as there was a special 30% off that day only on the entire store! Now I understand lines are infuriating, but it helps to not have to deal with complete madness, as is the case in the Ralph Lauren Polo store, and have the room to shop. Also, they let customers in about a dozen or so at a time, so that when the line moves, you do feel a satisfactory advancement. And once inside, I was able to go through the store quickly, zero in on my desire, and grab it and go. I appreciated the 2 items or less register line, and everyone inside is quite nice. Final bonus -- I got a handbag with an original MSRP of $348 at $165! I say that's a deal! Only bummer, I wish there were still MORE choices of the brand's better items (a good deal of the handbags are the heavily logo-ed cloth bags). read more

I requested for a larger shopping bag to fit the new coach rain coat I had just purchased from this store and they said they wouldn't be able to supply me with a larger bag. Grace on the floor and Nicole behind the cashier were the ladies who helped me pick out some gifts at this location. The store is large, clean and organized. There's usually some great sales. Grace and Nicole were great and were able to manage helping many people at once. I love it when an associate can provide speedy, quality service despite the holiday chaos. Coach is one of the stores in Woodbury Common that has a post and rope line in order to get into the store. I'm guessing once the store has reached its maximum occupancy, the security guard is required to stop customers from entering the store. Once a few people walk out of the store, the security guard lets a few more people in. I think I stood in line for less than ten minutes before being let into the store. Inside, it seems everything is on sale. There is a whole clearance wall at the back of the store displaying bags, wallets, scarves, shawls, shoes, etc. There is a sales associate who recommends products to each shopper that the associate comes across. A bench is located near the entrance where many people tend to sit to relieve tiredness or the boredom to have to wait for another to finish browsing. To the left of the entrance, past a wall of shelves in the middle of the room, there is one checkout line that stretches all the way to about four or five cashiers. Our cashier was a young lady who wasn't too nice. After paying for my over $200 purchase with my credit card, I asked her for another gift box since I bought two Coach bags and they were both gifts to separate people. The young lady refuse to give us an extra bag and told us that we can only have one box per purchase. If I had known any better, I would have either instantly caused a scene right there (even Target would have given me an extra bag, cheapos!) or I would have demanded to return my purchases in order to buy each bag s-e-p-a-r-a-t-e-l-y so I can get one extra harmless gift box. I would have thought a store like Coach would have more class than that. Why upset a customer over a worthless cardboard box? I'm not asking for more boxes than the bags I actually bought. I'm asking for one gift box per Coach bag so I can make a nice present. The cashier stoically refused like the cost is coming out of her pocket and I left the store disappointed. Thinking back, I should have returned my purchases to make a statement. The cashier said this was the policy, but Coach needs to stop making ridiculous policies. I already spent a couple hundred dollars on two items. Later on, I saw other shoppers with huge Coach shopping bags (more than one) and I got upset. My husband explained that maybe I should have bought more Coach bags so I can get extra Coach shopping bags. This store is pretty popular. There's usually a line to get in but it moves quickly, as does the line to pay. The store is big so that's nice and there's a lot of people working. They're always giving out their name because they prob get commission. There's a pretty decent selection of items so everyone is sure to leave with something. Coach's customer service, at least for their Men's Store, was very cordial and quick, especially after I told them we were coming from Westchester. The store was relatively empty and I was able to make all of my purchases relatively effortlessly. The best part of all is that I came away with some wingtips for work and a passport case for less than $100. read more

Biggest Coach outlet I have ever been in. Was just there on Friday and not so crowded that they roped off a line outside. Wouldn't want to be there on Black Friday, purchased a bag 50% off that I coveted in the retail store two years ago so I am very happy. Very nice staff and helpful. read more
