This place is huge inside, but you realize that it's all the same stuff: shot glasses, t shirts, hats, candy, etc. The once thing they had a dearth of was stickers, which is pretty much the only thing I like collecting . For a store so big you'd think they'd have a decent collection of stickers, but they only have like one rack and they aren't the classic once's you can get almost every where else that you can put on your luggage or laptop, so I gave it a pass. But it is impressive and if you want anything else, they probably have it.

On 12/21, 1 pm , i bought boots for my Mom's bday . And I am one of Retail Director one of the retail store at first floor fashion show. When I brought the boots back to my store the retail bag is broken the handle so I went back to the store with the boots box and asked another bag . And the manager very rude and mean . They dont want give me another bag even though i showed the receipt and boots box . She accusing me want get more bag so I can sell it of Ebay and make money. I was very shocked and I told I am always shopping to Bvlgari and Tiffany and If I ask more bag they never make so bad comment . She told me to give her back the broken bag if not she asked me to leave . So i went back down stair to my store and got the broken bag and showed it to her . My store manager asked to wrap my gift because He bought before and they wrap it for Him . And she was so upset and wrap my gift and gave me the new bag. I have the transaction number if you guys need details but she is very rude and accusing me get more bag so I can sell it make money. So many pretty options. They had a panty sale going on and an offer for beauty items. We looked at the sleepwear and workout gear. Tried some items on. There's a tablet in the fitting room which you can use to ask for different sizes. It shows the style and accompanying item. One of the sizes I wanted no one brought and it was marked as not located but I found it on the floor. That was inconvenient as I didn't get to try it. The fitting rooms get busy and you have to wait oftentimes. Associates were fine. The cashier was friendly and sweet. Larger bust sizes are not available in store. Not sure if available online. This store had so many items that it was nice being able to shop the different styles and selections in one spot.

After checking in, I was left standing there with no explanation of what was happening or how long the wait would be (it's was nearly 20 mins). Only then did she explain that someone was retrieving the item, needed a key to access it, and was in the process of locating it. That information would have been helpful from the beginning. A simple explanation such as, "Someone is retrieving your order and it may take a few minutes," would have set expectations and made the experience much more pleasant. Instead, I was left standing there wondering whether I had checked in correctly or if something was wrong. Neiman Marcus is known for its customer service, which is why this experience was so surprising. While the online ordering process was excellent, the pickup experience fell well below expectations and left me questioning whether I would use the service again.
