It's not as cheesy as you might think!! From the outside, one might think this is yet another tourist trap. But my shopping experience here was surprisingly good. Their merchandise covers almost everything you could think of! And they are well organized in sections. Price prices are reasonable - OK, they may be your run of the mill souvenirs, but some of them, such as the sweatshirts, were decent in quality and in prices. I found a ton clear bag selections for airport workers or event workers whose job requires clear bags. Their prices were fair and great to know instead of relying on Amazon. I was last here over 20 years ago, and was happy to see that it still exists in all of its majesty. Easy to find between Sahara and Strat on the strip. So many sections to look through and fill up your basket with. I grabbed some casino used cards and chips for the family back home. Honestly though, if you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist. Since we are getting ready to leave town, we needed a place that has Vegas, and Elvis. We decided to stop by Bonanza Gift Shop to try and find some items that we were looking for. I remember when we first moved to town, Bonanza was just one small store, and now it's this shopping mecca. There are so many Vegas themed things you can purchase, and if you want to check out the entire store, you'll be there a long time. If you also go in there without an idea of what you want, you might be bit overwhelmed with the variety of items they have. I found the prices for the items they have reasonable. They have a pretty good variety of things you can get if you're looking for stuff to take back home, this might be a good place for you to stop by for your friends and loved ones. The souvenirs are everywhere, all over no matter what section you walk into. You're automatically hit with Vegas memorabilia, things like shot glasses, keychains, snow globes, ashtrays that are super cool. Vegas games/board games, shirts, and jus tother stuff you could think of. They also have sections of toys, and a Native American and other culture decorations, wallets, purses, just everything. While their variety of Elvis, or older artist collection wasn't too big, it wasn't disappointing since we were able to find a mug and a magnet. They have a small section of older artists, so if you're looking for something like that, they might just have what you have in mind. The reason I gave Bonanza 3 stars is because a lot of their decorated items have old Vegas on it, where I would have liked to see a bit more modern Vegas designs. It could be that they have so much inventory that doesn't sell out too quick, where they haven't had any newer stuff come in. The shirts/clothing seemed a bit on the cheaper side, so we didn't get anything like that. The keychains seemed overpriced, but we did get a pretty cool one for my daughter, it lights up and all that cool stuff. The staff is super busy restocking, talking amongst themselves, or walking from one end of the store to the other so there isn't much help there. They also have guards at the doors that are watching the store- and when you check out and pay, you're given the option to tip, and also have 2 or three checkout sections from what I was able to see. We spent a bit over $80.00. We got a shot glass, an Elvis mug, an Elvis magnet, a Vegas magnet, a hairbrush for my niece with her name on it, and 2 keychains. In about an hours' time, I started to notice black stuff on my desk. It's the printing, all flaking off. Lovely. Yes, it was cheap, but I expect more than an hour or two out of a shirt before it starts falling apart. I will have to wash it by itself because I don't know what it's going to do. They seemed to have lot of Vegas souvenirs but if you walk around the shop, you see lot of repeated gifts being displayed every corner of the shop, moreover not all the prices are reasonable, some are more expensive than the smaller shops along the Strips. If you're looking for some Las Vegas souvenirs, then come here! I will say the parking area looks a bit sketched. This place has tons of souvenirs - from cups, wallets, candies, magnets, etc...you name it! The items are also EXACTLY similar to the ones you would see/find inside the Vegas hotel gift shops; the only difference is the price so come here to save up. My Girlfriend and I were driving around exploring Las Vegas and made a random stop at this famous gift shop. Neither of us had ever been there, and we were looking for some souvenirs. The cashier, that checked us out, was nice and courteous. However, other floor reps just provided no customer service and / or had no pleasantry when I attempted to engage them. Floor people just horrible. Lastly the whole place just seemed like they took every piece of inventort and spread it out all over the place.
