On Wed 3/11 we had decided last minute, before heading to dinner, to go to the Auburn Outlet Mall for my daughter. She wanted to go to Nike and so while I waited, I decided to go to my favorite store Coach. To give some context, I was dressed in sweats and a raincoat. No makeup and looking like a wet rat (due to the weather) and came in about an hour before closing. As I walked into the store, the guard at the door was on his phone - not talking but watching something. There were 3 female employees talking to each other, maybe another reading something at the desk. Not ONE came and asked if I needed help or assistance. Walking around, I saw 3 pieces that really called to me. I mooned over them but chose not to purchase anything. I walked past the (payment) desk and still no one said anything to me. I walked to the door, the gaurd was still on his phone and then walked out. Being a lifelong Coach lover, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a store and I've been to many. If I could give them zero stars I would. Having gone to a Mall in an affluent neighborhood in Tucson Arizona. I went into thier Coach store, also dressed in sweats, and recieved Fantastic service. We went shopping at the North Bend Coach Outlet store. The bags and products at display were good. However, we had an unpleasant experience with a lady by the name of Yesenia (operator name from the receipt). She was rude in her replies more than once to our queries in terms of our coach loyalty account and asking her to get us a fresh piece of bag than the one on display. I don't think we asked anything out of the ordinary but she somehow felt the need to be discourteous. Try to stay away from this individual to have a chance at good shopping experience. read more

This place has some very good deals on Coach merchandise. Service varies from overly attentive to downright rude. Checkout can be excruciating slow. This last time I was particularly mad because it took 20 minutes to checkout and I was the only person in line. There was a group of out-of-towners buying a few purses each. The clerks ignored most everyone except for a group of out of towners buying several handbags. I was completely ignored in the store and they didn't even ask me my email address to credit my account for rewards. When I pointed out that you didn't ask me my email address. She said we know who you are. The receipt had the name XIAHONG. Yeah Right. She didn't ask me about the new Insider program or anything. She also said the bags cost 80 cents. They are .08 cents. They offered the other ladies who were buying 3 purses a birthday reward, they did not have an account. I do have an account and I did not get credited for any rewards. read more

Our family loves the Coach brand, and this outlet shop is great! Like all Coach items, the leather goods here are top-notch. Sure, the bags and wallets may be last season, but who cares? Coach pieces are designed to last, so big deal if the items were sold in stores last year. You still see them around on chic women's arms all over town. Prices are still high here but they ARE discounted. And if you go on a holiday weekend, as we did (this being the 4th of July weekend), then there are further discounts to be had, and that truly makes the trip here worth one's while. My kid has been in the market for a particular design of wallet for about 2 years. I found a gorgeous wallet for her in the back clearance area. It retailed in the stores for $150, but at this outlet store, in the clearance area, it was selling for $70 or so. But because it was a holiday weekend, they were halving that price to $35. So she got an amazing Coach leather wallet in beautiful colors (blues, her favorite!), in the tri-fold design she was looking for, for $35. She is on cloud nine, and I think she got a great deal! I should add that the sales folks here are super nice and helpful, they greet you when you walk in, they assist you in finding stuff you're looking for, they gladly calculate prices for you, and they wrap up and bag your purchases nicely, as they do in their retail stores. In fact, this whole outlet store doesn't even appear to be like your average outlet store; it's laid-out like a high-end store in any mall. Great shopping experience! read more

Coach is an excellent store, and this location is an outlet version - even better. Great customer service and genuine people made both of my recent shopping experiences fantastic. I was greeted by someone as soon as I walked in with a friendly and sincere hello and a 30% off coupon. She assisted me with finding a great purse and matching wallet. With the discount I saved $260. My items were wrapped and boxed which is what I would expect here. The store is very clean - hooray! It's well organized, has strong, clean lines and the white counters, cabinets and floors make the items pop. They had some whimsical purses for sale in the window. The Coach store at the Factory Stores at North Bend was the only saving grace there for me. I walked in to kill time while GBF#1 checked things out in Eddie Bauer next door. I found a business tote, similar to one I'd been eyeing for a while. I checked the tag, cool with in my price range, and than I see the sign an additional 50% off! I couldn't get anyone in the store to help me so I just took it to the register and asked about the price. The price was better than right and I walked out of the store with a smile on my face and brand new tote. If the floor staff would have been a little more helpful they'd get another star but since they didn't want to help the fat betch in jeans and a hoodie with rain soaked hair they lose one. read more

Was hesitant to drive here, because I was worried I wouldn't find a bag and I drove for nothing, but luckily I did find something! A couple of things interested me actually. I walked in and was greeted nicely and handed a 50% off coupon. They have a large selection of wallets, all sorts of bags, satchels, umbrellas etc... Luckily I found my cute bag in the 40% off cabinets and retail over at the stores back in the city would be SO MUCH MORE..., so it was 40% plus another 50% they handed me turned out to be $97 before taxes, but it saved me 200+.. and that is good :) The sales ladies were nice and they even have a calculator in hand to calculate how much it would be after your discounts. Very convenient! Although, I didn't find a guy here too friendly and another girl, because they give you looks like they're better than you, uhm... way to ruin that LITTLE part of my awesome trip. I'd go back here though, so whatever. haha. and it's not as crowded as tulalip outlets for sure. better selection as well. read more

Even though Northbend is quite a drive from North Seattle, it is worth the trip for many reasons. First, the reduced prices of Coach purses, wallets, clutches, and even accessories. My favorite is the wristlets/clutches which a a minimum is $25! They are super cute, variety of colors, designs, and sizes. I would think its a great birthday gift to your girlfriend, if you are not looking to splurge too much, but also make it look like you did. :P The store itself is fairly large, that it holds at least the past season's styles, and more. The employees are always looking to help you out finding a certain bag or even calculate for you! (Example, if you can't do the math of 30% off the sale price, they have their calculator on hand, or will even give you a "cheat sheet" with the prices deducted and the outcome of what you will pay after the discount.) For the times that I have been there, after I walk past the door someone is there to greet, and give you a slip of paper with a additional 20% off your purchase. After shopping here, you can always walk around the other outside stores of the outlet, and with Mt. Si close by (off the same exit) detour to their before your shopping experience. read more

I will always prefer coming here to the North Bend Outlets rather than Seattle Premium Outlets or Burlington. It's never as crowded and they have a better selection. This was the one store that had my beloved medium sized messenger bag that I tend to favor using almost every day. My laptop fits perfectly snug inside. A little bribary by receiving a 20 or 30% discount coupon always helps ensuring a purchase before I walk out the door. read more

Read the exits when coming here... I almost went to the casino on accident! I have to say that when it comes to bargains on some purses this is the place to go! I got wind from a friend that they were having a sale (additional 30% off) and i flew there! Not only did I get that but I found something really nice from the 50% off table which is one heck of a savings!!! This particular location is one that I really like. The Marysville location is cool but toooooooo crowded. i cant walk in that store! The North Bend location is busy but not over crowded. I especially like that I get thru the line very quick since I am a very impatient person I appreciate that! All in all this store is a winner in my book! read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The North Bend Outlets are a wonderful place except this store. Coach is a wonderful company but the store in North Bend is awful. I went in with my son and I asked for a price check on a bag missing a price tag. The lady was rude and was like oh ok yah sure then after telling me she proceeds to put it back so fast and says nothing. Completely ignored me. Then someone from the back comes up and im still STANDING there. This other woman saw me gave me the rudest look and they both continued to ignore me. Upon entering, I too was given a 30% off coupon to be used on anything in the store. I think they always do this because the last time I was in I got one too. Oh well, still can't complain about 30% off. The sales ladies didn't hover and were friendly. They let me know they were there if I needed them. They had a good selection of new and clearance items. Love this Coach Outlet Store and it's much closer than driving to Marysville. They often have coupons for an extra 30% off their already discounted prices. I'm surprised to see that others received poor service because my experience was just the opposite (maybe new staff or better training recently?). I have been to several Coach outlets, but have never seen the bargains that were available here. I picked up two purses for under $200! I'm surprised I didn't buy more, but I'm cheap which is what held me back. Sales staff was very attentive and tried hard to help me find what I needed. The selection was very good for an outlet. The only part that irked me was that they don't give you the customary felt or silk bag to go with your purse (protect it while it's in storage) and (when I told her that one purse was a gift) the cashier just gave me a gift box instead of actually packaging the item for me. Those are small things, and I'm not complaining given how much money I saved, but Coach usually adds those extra touches. Maybe the outlets are different? read more

Living in Bellevue, North Bend and Tulalip aren't that far away. North Bend is like driving to Bothell, while Tulalip is like driving to Tacoma. Either way you spend about the same amount of gas round trip. With the hills/mountains to North Bend plus the changing speed limits you might as well stick to Tulalip. But that's just my opinion. I've been to Tulalip many times, so I decided to check out the North Bend location. If you shopped at the Seattle Premium Outlet up north and adore that outlet, then I heavily advise you to avoid this North Bend location at all costs. There are not a lot of items in this location. The selection is so bare unlike the other one. Another thing to note is that... the selection here is very.. urm.. conservative. The selection here is not very show-offy or pow like the one in Tulalip. Honestly, I suggest you to travel to Tulalip and compare the selection. Personally, Tulalip is much better, and most of the times there clearance selection is thousand times better. I gave this location 2/5 stars just based on the selection of products. Not a huge deal, but took my wife about 20+ minutes to check out, because the older lady helping us was either brand new employee or typically doesn't check out customers or both. This is a coach OUTLET...I think that needs to be added in the business name as I see someone upset they didn't get the felt bag to hold their $400 bag that they probably just bought for $180. There hasn't been a review in awhile so maybe the service USED to be poor but I've been there several times in the last year and the service is great! The selection for an outlet is really good. I've been to other coach outlets and they usually only care the items without the logo. This store also carries jewelry, sunglasses, and coats. No shoes....yet. More often than not when you walk in they are offering 20% off "that day only". There are great deals in this store and I am a big fan!! read more

This place was a dream. I have been buying my wife overpriced bags for a decade. Strolled into the Coach outlet. Woo-hoo is right. The selection was very decent. Plenty of variety, plenty of stock. 20% off coupon as I walked through the door. Great prices. I had to buy two bags because the prices were so freakin fantastic. Several earlier reviews complained about the service. Taint so anymore. The service really friendly, competent and timely. All around a great experience. Really, well worth the drive. Shopped here yesterday evening and had a great experience. Upon entering, I was given a coupon for 30% off my entire purchase. Awesome!! Although I found it annoying that one of the sales ladies immediately lurched on me to tell me her name and provide assistance...everything else was a great experience. I was able to lazily shop and check out all the bags and wallets. I like that there are mirrors all over the place, so you can see how the purses look when you "wear" them. Sometimes the pricing can be a little confusing. The discounted price isn't always marked on the actual tag of the purse...so you then have to look around and see what the price shows on the shelf in which the purse is located. I did get a confused a little. They have a great selection of purses...and really great discounts on a lot of them (not all though). Although this is a Coach thing...and not specific to this store, I did learn that all the stitching, zippers, and hardware are covered for 5 years. And that the store has a fairly liberal return policy. Nice stuff to know. If you buy a purse you don't get the storage bag that goes with it (like you'd get if you bought at the regular retail store). Just FYI. I'm super happy with the 2 purses I picked up! I felt it was a steal of a deal....and was hard not buying 3! :-) Def worth the drive out there to the outlet mall. read more

I just want to warn everyone who goes to this store to carefully look at the merchandise purchased. While the associates are quick to assure you that you can return the bags any time, the truth is they will pick on the smallest flaw when you take the bag back and pin it on you so that you cannot return it. I bought 6 coach bags at Coach's Northbend WA outlet for the first time in June 2012. I was buying them for gifts. It turned out that I had one left over and decided to return it. Because I was 200% assured by the sales associate (#952706) that these bags are returnable with a receipt. I didn't think much of it and just took and paid for all 6 (why would I look at every inch of 6 bags if she assured me if I change my mind I can return), thinking if there is any leftover, I can take back. I guess I am used to shopping at Nordstrom. Little do I know that I should have looked very carefully at the bags/. When I returned from my travel in Sept to return the one bag that was not used (I didn't even take it outside the bedroom since I decided right after buying them that I bought one extra), I was shocked that the outlet manager pointed to a marking on the bag (which I noticed for the first time) and said the bag was used and they would not have let that bag out of the store in the first place/. And because of that, it's not returnable. How can it be used if all the tags are still on the bag? No one uses a bag with a big white price tag hanging outside. First of all, when I was sold the bag, no one told me to look carefully before I accept it'. Secondly, it was obvious to me that the shop manager and associates were trained to have the scripted line that "oh we inspect every bag when they get go out the store and would not have sold it if there is any flaw"." I think that's a great policy, but how does anyone know that there is no clerical error or an associate either mistakenly marked "as-if" product as good, or they didn't accidently mark/damage it? Frankly the bag is not a big deal. I could easily use another coach bag with a little flaw for $134. But it's the attitude of the store managers and the rehearsed, scripted party line to customers that made this offensive. I think the store should have a sign clearly stating that all merchandise should be flawless when handed to customers and customers are responsible for inspecting the merchandise themselves. (I would not rely on the store associates.) I would like to warn everyone who buys from a coash store (especially an outlet) to inspect your merchandise carefully before walking out of the store. As for me, I think I'll stick with Nordstrom. read more

I love Coach bags so I was pretty happy to stumble upon this store. The staff people here are really friendly and usually they are handing out coupons for another 50% off the current, already reduced prices (there are a few exceptions as to whether or not the items qualify for the coupon, but the already reduced prices are pretty good). I also found several items on the clearance/sales shelf that I hadn't seen on the shelves in the stores. When I'm looking to spoil myself while we're out doing shopping errands for the family, I love to pop into here and sometimes - just sometimes - I end up walking out with a cute something new for me. read more

I walked in this place no service! There had to be at least 4 customer service reps and none came to help me. I purchased a bag and a wallet there alone. I asked one of the lady do they carry coach shoes... she replied with " No. But we have sunglasses?" Sunglasses WTF!!! I asked on lady if they had a wallet to match the bag I wanted and she said I will checked and like totally walked off and started to help somebody else. This was my first time going to this Coach location. It was perfect timing too, because all the purses and handbags are either an extra 50% or 65% off from the already reduced price. What I like about this location compared to the other Coach outlet store is that it's not crowded. I love this outlet store. It is so worth the time and drive if you love either purses or coach or are crazy about the both. The staff they hire there are so customer service oriented. You can walk out with 5 cute coach purses for the same price you would spend on 1. This outlet does and extra 30% off coupon occasionally so watch out for this coupon it is such a good deal. A friend & I drove just under five hours to go to the nearest Coach outlet. We were greeted at the door and given a 50% off coupon! Everything in the store was 50% off!!! This was in addition to the clearance items and items already 20 to 40% percent off. ALL of the sales associates were very helpful!!! As I was purchasing a gift for my daughter I was even allowed to take pictures so she could see what was available. The selection was great! Not only did I purchase a purse and matching wallet for her but I also bought a purse for myself!!!
