She was very excited to get out and get some new clothes but was very disappointed when she got home. She came home and immediately started telling me that the women working there were rude and dismissive. She tried to make small talk and was ignored. Then despite spending several hundred dollars, overheard the two women begin talking shit about her as she was leaving. I hope the owner sees this and knows they are losing customers because of the snooty, rude, disrespectful staff they have there.

Even on a busy day, this place seems pretty well put together and organized - it's almost as if…read moreparents and grandparents, aunts and uncles haven't been busy tearing the place apart looking for a good deal. I constantly see the staff here cleaning and organizing the store, which I'm very impressed. The prices here aren't the best (I mean, I don't see the difference between the retail stores and outlet), but they do tend to have a lot of sale pricing. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything here that was actually "sticker" priced. It's fair to assume that anything you buy is going to be at least 20% off the sticker price. I really do like the large selection they have here - and in all sizes - which I do have a hard time finding at other stores that carry Carter's items. While you're shopping for your little one, they also have a Lego table they can play at. I tend to come here on Sundays - the parking has been better in my experience and there are less shoppers. We used to come on Saturdays and it was a little more chaotic at the outlet.

I came in to buy some work clothes, and exchange a pair of pants from a previous shopping trip that still have the security tag on them. I obviously hadn't worn them due to the security tag, and I wanted to go a size up because I have had other banana republic pants shrink up since my last purchase. When I attempted the exchange, I was told I was outside of the return window. I could understand this logic if the item was no longer stocked, but they literally had the same item and size on the rack. There wasn't even an apology for leaving the security tag on them preventing me from even wearing the pants without me driving 20 miles to correct their mistake. Just rude excuses of "checks and balances" from the incompetent manager who was also publicly rude to the cashier before she just walked away from me. Isn't an exchange a "check and balance" of your inventory? Horrible customer service

Typically cheap perfume wears off quickly and smells off. The fragrance here is not only unique to the brand but it lasts all day. You can get a bottle for less than $20. They have men's and women's, seasonal and new fragrances all the time. The staff is skilled at testing. Everyone that works here is helpful and friendly. They also have great clearance but it's disposable clothing. It's a great place to get a $4 top for a night out you only want to wear once. I wouldn't get a $50 hoodie here because unfortunately the clothing won't survive more than a couple washes. The fragrances are top of the line. 5 stars

I see a lot of parallels between these two stores: both are huge chains, found in malls across the country; both cater to the same, young demographic; both carry trendy wares, and super inexpensive prices; the merchandise in both, though fun and current, is usually poorly made and not really designed to last long; and, in both, stores are often in a semi-state of disarray and it's hard to find a salesperson to help you out,. If you know what to expect going in, you won't be disappointed. And, yes, there are lots of cool treasures to find here! T-shirts, flip-flops, belts, cell phone cases and chargers, maxi skirts, undies, hats, fun socks.... You name it, it's here. The make-up and jewelry seem to be of questionable quality (i.e., I'm not sure I'd put this make-up on my face), but how can you beat a $1 pair of flip-flops? Really, you can't!

The sales racks are super cheap with promotional deals, like buy one, get one items. It's made getting gifts easy here. Last time I visited I was able to find some tanks for me, with The Breakfast Club gang. That's primarily why I like Hot Topic. I've been able to find apparel with classic films or bands that I'm a fan of for the cheap. It's worth a gander, especially if you're into pop culture. I'm not really cool or hip, so imagine if you are. You'll find a lot more items to like here. In addition to apparel, they have accessories, Funkos, stickers, key chains and other random items. I also love that they are super dog-friendly. Staff here are always friendly and social.
