No makeup and looking like a wet rat (due to the weather) and came in about an hour before closing. As I walked into the store, the guard at the door was on his phone - not talking but watching something. There were 3 female employees talking to each other, maybe another reading something at the desk. Not ONE came and asked if I needed help or assistance. Walking around, I saw 3 pieces that really called to me. I mooned over them but chose not to purchase anything. I walked past the (payment) desk and still no one said anything to me. I walked to the door, the gaurd was still on his phone and then walked out. Being a lifelong Coach lover, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a store and I've been to many. If I could give them zero stars I would. Having gone to a Mall in an affluent neighborhood in Tucson Arizona. I went into thier Coach store, also dressed in sweats, and recieved Fantastic service. Optics matter to customers.

I came in to buy some work clothes, and exchange a pair of pants from a previous shopping trip that still have the security tag on them. I obviously hadn't worn them due to the security tag, and I wanted to go a size up because I have had other banana republic pants shrink up since my last purchase. When I attempted the exchange, I was told I was outside of the return window. I could understand this logic if the item was no longer stocked, but they literally had the same item and size on the rack. There wasn't even an apology for leaving the security tag on them preventing me from even wearing the pants without me driving 20 miles to correct their mistake. Just rude excuses of "checks and balances" from the incompetent manager who was also publicly rude to the cashier before she just walked away from me. Isn't an exchange a "check and balance" of your inventory? Horrible customer service

Overall, the women's apparel isn't as much as the men's. It wasn't my ideal place for when I was looking for some shorts and sun dresses. My boyfriend had more to choose from though, yet the prices were slightly discounted. Not a bad store, but not the best selection of Volcom.

I can come in part in hand and they still manage to order the wrong parts. They look irritated, they click on parts like they are all-knowing without asking the questions ON THE SCREEN. I am leaving 5 stars bc I think the older gentleman noticed I knew what I was talking about and cracked jokes with me while ordering the right parts. I didn't see any kids shoes but they may carry them. Had a great sale on sandals, buy one get one free. Then the sales girl came over and told a few of us there was a computer glitch so the shoes would be even cheaper. $60 sandals on sale for half and with the bug, now 2 pair with tax were ringing up for only $27! I got two pairs of extra comfortable deluxe flip flops for this price. The sales girl was really cool and friendly beyond this. Saw some rocking rain boots for $50, normally $160, and the classic loafers. Coming back in the fall when the weather changes.
