They weren't prompt on pick up, but they got my bed bound father to and from his medical appointments. Mind you, this service is not inexpensive. That being said, the experience this morning was awful. We scheduled a pick up at 7:15 for an 8:15 appointment about 15 miles away. I scheduled it with that time due to traffic. So, at 7:25, there is no pick up, so I called the office and left a message since they were closed. At 7:35, I called again since time was getting tight. I did get a call back and the gentleman on the line said, "I'm sorry. We scheduled the pick up time incorrectly. It's in the system for 9:15. We'll refund your money and reschedule for another time." My father is bed bound, suffers from vertigo, and doesn't do well on car trips. It's not easy to get him in his wheel chair. He has no use of his arms or legs, so it's not really easy to get him ready to go. And, it's not easy to get him to an appointment. Thanks for nothing. I am never using this service again and caution you to think twice before using a service that's created for people who need specialized assistance to transport themselves to and from medical appointments. I would ask the company to start sending out confirmation notices. The only confirmation I got was an email that said my credit card was charged. Once again, all they care about is your money.

The first ride was cancelled by the company within less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride because they accidentally double booked. I was left scrambling, with only 2 hours left in the business day, to find alternate transportation myself. Less than 48 hours later, the 2nd ride was also cancelled by the company the day before the scheduled ride; this time, I wasn't even called and given a heads up, I just received an email notifying me that I was being refunded. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that the driver called out and so they wouldn't be able to do the ride any longer. My father had to miss his dialysis appointment because the Friday afternoon cancellation left me practically no time to find him alternate arrangements. To say that my experiences with this company are disappointing would be an understatement. Be cautious and have a backup plan if you choose to book their services.
