As she's working, I can feel energy shifting and I can get into a wonderful relaxed state of just being and not thinking. For someone who lives in their head all the time, it's a delightful feeling. You have the choice to have her say what's she's sensing or not but I love to hear what's she's sensing, as it's so accurate and to me, it helps me change to terms with my feelings or know what to focus on in the coming weeks. The best part is, after every cleanse, I feel lighter and more connected, even after some very heavy work that may bring up an array of emotions: when I leave, I feel like the sun is shining brighter and all my favorite songs are on the radio. I know the address sounds like it is a magical made up place. Anyways I got there around 5pm and met Bill, He had me go though exercises to measure my strength, flexibility and endurance. Bill went over my results comparing me to where average was for my age, asked me if I was interested, I said yes and put his hand out towards mine we shook on it, I setup two 30 minute sessions a week. I have experienced lower back issues since I was in high school. I have tried Yoga and exercise in the past, but I would eventually experience too much pain to continue and make it a regular practice. This is why I choose to involve a professional to help me make an attempt to fix my back with exercise. I really didn't expect to see positive side effects so quickly. But within a few weeks, I started to notice I wasn't hurting. Then after a few months I started to notice my muscles are getting toned. Now that I'm 18 or so weeks into this process my life has changed so much for the better. I noticed this morning with snow shoveling I just blasted though the drive way and it was easier than I ever remembered. This was frustrating and confusing. When I followed up after more than 24 hours without clarification, I was told my message was "borderline harassment." Given the repeated scheduling issues, I felt it was reasonable to confirm my appointment. All communication was handled via text message, and there did not appear to be dedicated office support for scheduling. Due to repeated disruptions, nearly three weeks passed without being seen. Because consistency and clear communication are important to me in healthcare, I chose to seek services elsewhere.
