She did not " Push" product which I appreciate but waiting 2 weeks for a trim , not cool / it didn't need an entire restyle just a snip here and there . I only go a few times a year so I always obviously stop by during his open times for a clean up. It is worth it to make the efforts to visit during his open hours - Wednesday through Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm. He is steady and busy, on my visit the timing is just about right too, as I arrived he was finishing up with a guy and as he was finishing up on me another old man walked in. So minimal waiting and as its only a couple chairs in the place never crowded. The barbershop is on the side of the strip center its in so not visible from the road frontage but once you pull in just look for the big wooden bear in blue overalls out front (its right behind the sandwich place on the corner) Again its a small shop and easy to drive by, but it's there. A regular cut is $22 and Roger knows what he's doing and will work with you to make sure you get the cut you want. He also cleans me up on my full beard and my wife says its never looked better than when he gets done, at $10 bucks a deal in my book. I have been seeing Angela for my cuts and coloring ever since. I went to her for coloring right after summer started. I haven't had any color in my hair since 2001. I absolutely love it. I love the results of the cut, the coloring, the experience when in session. Angela understands the complexity of hair, people, personalities, and the human condition. She also loves my dog Hachi which is great :) The ambience and energy of the space is welcoming and inviting, yet intimate and personal. She is very hard to make an appointment with as she seldom takes on new clients, but if you happen to get a seat in her chair, you'll understand why.
