You would think they would mentioned that I needed a covid test prior to coming in. I mentioned that they should please consider what it takes to take time off to see a doctor (and I live remotely, so an hour to drive) but was dismissed and said to comeback when I had my covid test completed. At the appointed time they just didn't call so we reached out and were informed they would not be seeing us for teledoc without a physical in person visit first. All of this explained ahead of time at the time of booking the appointment. If you are like us living in rural Alaska this clinic is not for you, in Anchorage living your best life they are probably just fine. We will find a good GP somewhere else. The front desk staff was not helpful towards answering questions every time I would call. The front desk was not only unfriendly but they would talk to me in a cold and mean manner. My provider refused to answer my direct questions on the portal and via phone calls when I called every day. Instead, she billed me for "researching". When all I asked for was a referral- I did all the research myself. Not only did I feel like my care was dismissed but I was neglected and billed extra after messaging in the portal which I was not informed about.

They often didn't fully listen, assuming they knew what I would say and not really hearing me or addressing my concerns. They made the excuse that "other places are doing that too" and "you probably didn't realize since it was in the fine print on a form we had you sign." I'll take my business elsewhere.
