Upon entering there was 1 employee working and she was hopping busy. There were 2 customers in front of me waiting for her to wait on them. I stood there for 10 minutes which I understand when busy but in the meantime 2 more customers came in behind me. She waited on the 2 in front of me and when she got to me she said I have to go do a "spray" so you will have to wait about 10 minutes after I had been waiting 10 minutes already just to get waited on. Needless to say all 4 of us walked out. This was so out of the norm for this salon so I called and talked to the manager and that was fruitless. I asked why they didn't have more than 1 employee on and her response was "we are not allowed". I don't get it instead they had 4 customers to walk out instead of serving them. I don't know what changed in a year but obviously customers are not their priority and it's a shame because this location is convenient for me. However, customer service is more important to me so off I am to find a new salon in the area.

If all you want to do is walk in and tan, though- he's happy to help! The experience is very streamlined and easy. I just relocated to the area, and was looking for somewhere exactly like this! I was signed up and in my tanning bed within 10 minutes (not including the time I spent picking the owner's brain about how it all works). They have new beds, change the bulbs often (my bed had only 60 hours on the bulbs), a wide selection of tanning oils and lotions, and an overall pleasant experience. They've also got some GREAT deals going on, and are willing to help you out with per-visit paying. Great business!
