The owner is AMAZING. I Can't make it in as often as I would like but when I do she always remembers my name and I love that about how she handles her business it makes it very personable. She's always honest and gives me the best lotion that she has in her store and it does work the amazingly just like she says. I'd recommend anyone coming to the tanning bed if they want a great tan and great customer service she truly is an amazing owner. oh and her prices are better than any in the area. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. I purchased a number of visits for a price and they never told me that I had 30 days til they expired. They said it was written on a piece of paper that was on the front desk. I'm sorry, but if you're selling me on this, then you should've SAID something. Anyways, I went in after the month and they told me that they would renew it and I used one of the visits then. I tried to go back thinking that I still had the 30 days and they told me they only renewed it for 2 weeks, WHICH THEY STILL DID NOT TELL ME.I ONLY HAD AN ALLOTTED TIME TO USE. I have enjoyed using Blazing Tans for the past several years. It is always clean. The front desk ladies and the owner are always smiling and sweet. It was explained to me very well that with purchase of # of days that once started they would run successively. I don't want to sit and wait long. There is usually a very quick visit when I go. I give them 4 of 5 starts, based on the prices, service, and number of beds. I did try several other tanning salons in and around Newnan and settled on this one, even though it is about 25% or so more expensive. It is run by young girls(teens I think), who aren't customer service experts, but are also fairly positive and well mannered. read more

I went here the other day, and it was very nice and clean. They have nice beds, and change bulbs regularly. I believe there is a new owner, so I think the problems some people may have had in the past, are now fixed. My only complaints are that I went at night, and it was very very dark in there... Also, there is a little television right next to the door, and it was so loud that I could barely hear the person that was checking me in. I give 2 stars simply because the beds are powerful and I am noticing a difference in color. However, this has to be the most poorly run tanning salon in town. First off, my husband purchased a monthly membership for me as a gift, so it's the only reason i'm staying to finish out the month, then I will be looking elsewhere for a tanning facility! Where do I start, the salon itself has a neat concept, but filthy, the carpets look as if they've never been cleaned nor vaccumed, it's very cluttered and just looks un-organized. Don't dare go to the bathroom here...I won't say anything else, just don't. Lastly, the staff consists of 16year olds who of course I don't expect to have the BEST customer service skills, but at least somewhat. They can't even put their cell phones down long enough to acknowledge a customer coming through the door, then they drag themselves out from behind the desk to go clean a bed for you, then as you leave not even a thank you or goodbye. I suggest the owner go visit some of the other tanning salons in the area to see how she could improve on some things. read more

I see the reviews here and as a former salon ownerin Palm Beach for over 6 years I can tell you that this place is very similar to how ours was and we had not had ONE complaint or request for refund in all those years. The complaints here seem typical of the idiots that don't pay attention or ask what they are purchasing. It's very common for tanners to sign up,and like a gym membership they gettoo lazy, yes even to go tan, then show up weeks later and either want you to extend it for them or reimburse them. Idiots is all I can say. This place is WAY clean, totally affordable compared to most chains and it is a family run business which is nice compared to the gym rats or bimbos that work other places. I DEF recommend this place to those that are there to simply get great color and don't have problems in their lives where they feel the need to be worshiped for buying a tan package beyond the the normal hospitality. YOUR THERE TO TAN FOLKS if you need a person to converse about your life when you check in then you have problems! read more
