The spa attendants are always very welcoming and greet you with a smile. The spa itself smells incredible and you're met with a sense of relaxation as soon as you enter! She showed me to my room and then allowed me to disrobe for my service. She then returned to the room and my service commenced. When we arrived early as requested, we were told there was no appointment written down and no rooms available. The lady at the front desk called the owner and then simply told us Mark had not written it down and they were sorry for the inconvenience. What frustrated us most was that no one made any effort to fix the situation. No offer to reschedule, no attempt to find another option, and no remedy of any kind. It basically felt like, "We messed up, sorry, have a good day." Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution. Mistakes happen, but when a business takes credit card information to hold an appointment, that appointment should be honored--or at the very least, the business should make a real effort to make it right if there is an option available. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. As they say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", and I have to say this this one was about as poor as it gets.

Several details were changed, altered, or left out entirely, and the end result is not what I consented to. I contacted the shop to address the issue and requested a refund due to the differences between the approved design and the completed tattoo. My request was denied. After attempting to continue communication to resolve the situation, I was blocked on social media by the shop owner, Matt Stebly, which ended any opportunity for further discussion. The handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and dismissive. I made a good faith effort to resolve this privately before leaving a public review. I would caution others to be extremely clear about expectations, get everything documented, and not assume that a reputable-looking shop guarantees quality results or good customer service. This was not the experience I expected for permanent work. This was my last tattoo that represents my children and now I have this ugly thing on my neck and have to get it fixed and spend more money ...
