On that day my younger daughter called me and told me her babysitters road had been flooded and she could not get my 1 year old grandson there and she had to work, I called Bridges and explained what happened and they charged my card 50 percent of the card. This was so unforeseen and they did not take into consideration what happened! So I will go get some merchandise with my 75 dollars I have left so they take no more but will tell my family not to ever get me anything from their facility again. In the few hours that we were there I saw them celebrate their team's successes, offer support to the employees, and continually look for ways to improve.They worked together as a team! The manager was right there to answer questions and assist them as needed. I noticed how gentle but thoroughly she was when explaining to one of the ladies a question she had asked. Of course, no business is perfect, but I can honestly say that this studio was being run with compassion and a strong commitment to excellence. Two of my nails are also noticeably crooked, which is really disappointing after paying for a full set. The experience itself also wasn't great. The person doing my nails was pretty aggressive, which made the appointment uncomfortable. They spent a lot of time on their phone, and the salon felt very disorganized. It was also extremely cold inside, there was no music playing, and although there were TVs, only two were on and nothing was playing, making the atmosphere feel awkward. Overall, I don't feel like I received the quality or experience I was expecting. I hope they improve both their customer service and attention to detail.
