The lady that did her mani pedi didn't really speak much English so the nail tech that was doing my nails explained to her in detail what she wanted. We both got our pedicures and moved on to the nail technicians stations. My daughter and I were not seated together so when I finished my gel manicure I walked over and noticed that my daughter's nails were not French manicure. She is only 16 and wasn't really sure of the process. Well, we were told it was too late to go back and she needed to continue with the solid pink nails. My daughter was so disappointed. I was a little heart broken for her seeing her upset. The other thing that bothers me about this place is that I'm not so sure they are using clean equipment. I didn't see any sterilization and no one opened any new packaging.

I would have preferred another coat or two of my polish, but maybe since it was a light glitter color the additional coats wouldn't have made a difference. I opted for gel manicure and my daughter got French manicure with pink tips, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. The quality was great for both. My daughter did think her tips were too thick and wished they weren't. Very happy with the service, quality, and price.
