Considering I have done business with them once before and was pleased with the outcome. This time, I'm very disappointed! My car has never had any kind of leak until I took my car for and issue and had the oil changed. I gave it some time to see if it was just a spill that need to run off, but no. It's been a month and my car is still leaking! I will never go to this place again! Stop creating problems( if that's what y'all are trained to do) for people have to come back to make more money. At first glance, Coast Chevrolet in Pascagoula seemed welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, that initial impression did not last. I was very clear with the saleswoman from the beginning: I had just purchased a vehicle, I was actively repairing my credit, and I did not want to co-sign because I knew the deal would not go through. Despite this, she insisted everything was "good" and encouraged me to proceed anyway. Two days ago, I was told my credit was fine and to come in. Today, I watched in real time as my credit was hit with nine hard inquiries back-to-back, all from the same dealership--after they had already run my credit previously. Seeing it repeatedly pop up on Credit Karma was alarming and completely unnecessary. Only after the damage was done did she call to say, "Oh, we need another co-signer." That was the very concern I raised from the start. When I questioned why my credit had been run so many times--after explicitly stating I did not want that--her attitude became dismissive and unprofessional. For clarity: my son is capable of paying his own down payment without me. What's even more concerning is that while they claimed they would "work with him," they never provided clear information about an estimated down payment, financing terms, or next steps. On top of that, my son was given misleading information regarding how his job would factor into the deal, which felt like false advertising. This experience reflected a lack of transparency, disregard for my time and financial well-being, and an overall unprofessional tone. Southern charm does not excuse careless credit practices, wasted time, or condescension--especially when people are explicitly trying to be responsible with their finances. Definitely do not recommend this dealership very unprofessional misleading they will do whatever and say whatever to get you to sign in on the contract then will not help you at all even though you purchase a new car you will receive it damaged and filthy and needing tires read more

Visited the dealership today after getting a text from the "manager" (what it said in the text). The text stated the deal would be where I needed it to be. Since we talked numbers previously, I assumed this was referenced before the message. I requested verification and was told "The manager is tied up with a customer in store but he did say you would be right where you want to be!"... I showed up and it seemed no one had updated the deal and they offered me the same vehicle still 150 bucks per month above what we talked. Everyone was polite and I called back and expressed my frustration to the manager to say this is in poor taste. He did acknowledge the issue and apologized, but that does not change a wasted evening or frustration in changing plans around to come into the dealership. Very nice people, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this place as I lack trust in this company. If they did not do the research and numbers first, why reach out and text me to come in with false information. read more

We are buying a new car and went to Coast Chevrolet. We decided on the car and we were instructed to go home and obtain our GM authorization code. We did that and called them back and left a voicemail. We called again at 9am and spoke with a person which we informed we had our code and would like to come in and purchase the vehicle. She gave us an appointment for 3pm. Two of us took off work (using our limited PTO time) only to arrive and be told "sorry we just sold it". They then proceeded to lie and say they sold it at 9 am despite the fact they emailed us at 11:30am with more information concerning the car. They completely cost us valuable time off, destroyed our hopes and make us want to buy a different brand of car. Very bad business and terrible first time purchase for my daughter. They give car salesman a bad name. read more
