Anyway on a Friday afternoon I was trying to get my oil changed and another called costca oil/lube on three rivers road said they wouldn't have any oil filter for my car until Monday. Really?? So I offered to go pick up a filter from oreillys if they would just subtract the price of the filter from the total price. They said no because then I would be getting a free filter on Monday after the oil change. How is that possible and why would I need a filter free or otherwise after the oil is changed? Anyway they lost me as a customer. The other places I went to or called quoted me at around $110 for an oil change! Talk about robbing people for a basic maintenance job wow ! So here I am at rice patch on a Friday afternoon expecting fully to be turned down because I wasn't expecting to have much luck but lo and behold I caught it just right and they had enough of a opening between jobs to squeeze me in.
