Although she was the only person working at the counter, she multitasked efficiently and still took the time to help finalize my business card. She remained patient, calm, and professional while assisting four different customers at the same time as I worked on enlarging my font size. The final product looked great. I left the store at 2:00 p.m. and will return after 6:00 p.m. to pick up my order of 250 business cards. The $10 design assistance fee was absolutely worth it, along with the order of 250 business cards. I highly recommend Mee P. to anyone visiting the store for help with their projects.

A year later I returned and asked the employee (Mee) at the print center for help and she told me I had to order online. I said "OK but last year when I was here somebody helped me. Can you help with me with these so I can get them today?" She repeated that I would have to go online. "OK, so I just wanna be clear-- you're not gonna help me?" She reluctantly helped me and printed a of couple flyers (which took less than five minutes) and then I ordered the rest online. I should've known better than to order more flyers, so I should probably rent myself one out of five stars as well. I placed two orders by 2 PM on a Tuesday because I needed them on Thursday so I knew they would be ready on Wednesday. They were NOT ready by Thursday. I needed some of the items on Friday so I went in to see what the holdup was. Mee was there. She could not explain why nothing was ready. I asked, "How long will it take for me to get to one flyer?" She told me 30 minutes. "30 minutes? To print ONE flyer?" "Yeah, because it evolves cutting." Really? One piece of paper that you don't have to cut at all will take 30 minutes because it involves cutting? I did not have 30 minutes to watch her print one simple piece of paper because I had to go to get ready for this event. One of my orders was ready on Saturday and the other one was ready on Monday. Apparently someone messed up the second order because even though I received a phone call that it was available, I could not find it in the order pick up area. I looked through each order three times. Then Mee couldn't find it. She didn't seem to believe me that someone called me, so I literally played the voicemail for her twice. She found it in a different area where packages are delivered. Apparently my order was shipped to another location and then someone caught the mistake and shipped it to Alameda. I would never trust them with another order again.

After getting it home, I discovered it was missing major components, including the longer One Connect cable, screws for the TV stand, and even screws associated with the rear housing of the TV. That is not what most reasonable people would consider "Excellent." This wasn't a small missing accessory. The TV was materially incomplete and not as advertised. What made the experience much worse was what happened next. This is a very large TV, well over 75 pounds, and I had already paid for Uber XL transportation to get it home. I contacted Best Buy expecting a practical solution for a problem caused by their own quality control and open-box inspection process. Instead, I was told over and over to bring it back to the store, return it online, or exchange it if inventory allowed. No real ownership, no meaningful escalation, no pickup solution, and no answer on reimbursement for the cost and burden of transporting a 77-inch TV because Best Buy failed to verify what they were selling. The most frustrating part was that their support team acknowledged that returning a TV this size was unreasonable, but still kept repeating the same canned answer. I asked for escalation, asked for management, asked for a real resolution, and ultimately got nowhere. The chat was effectively ended without the issue being solved. When a store sells an open-box item in "Excellent" condition, the customer should be able to trust that it is complete and properly checked. That didn't happen here. This was a failure in QA, a failure in listing accuracy, and a failure in customer service. I'm leaving this review because this situation should have been handled far better, and because I'd still like someone in management to step in and make this right.
