Busy parking lots and garages with folks looking for the best parking spot. For us we Parked in the garage on the third floor fairly early on in the evening so I was surprised how busy the place was. Restaurants full of folks and lots of people putting their money in slot machines! I didn't walk away a winner but it was a fun night out people watching!

I have always been impressed by the design of this place. Something right out of Vegas! Clean very clean. Even the bathrooms. Rumor had it when it first opened that the restaurants that line the interior walls of the casino were WAY too overpriced. For sure Park 360 is on the pricey side, but they serve a Filet Mignon that you would fight your grandma for. Tony's of North Beach is reasonably priced. One of the best pizzas I have EVER enjoyed was served to me here. Just a Classic pepperoni and sausage, but my oh my, it's something in the sauce. (The pizza was also worth wrestling grandma for) A few months after they opened I came by around the holidays to see the place for the first time. The slots were tight tight tight. Came back rarely. Started going back, it seems like the slots are relaxed now, you can actually win. Take it from someone who knows, the slots run hot and cold in cycles. Just like all casinos. If they deny it they are lying. Nobody in the industry will cop to that. A personal note: I have a Rewards Card but I do not use it. Anything that goes in that machine while you are operating it, has the POTENTIAL to alter the outcome. It also destroys my mojo! Last month I made $30,000 on slots in a week. My wife uses her card and made $1500. Ya see? Anyway, it's close, it's clean and you CAN win there. The trick is to leave right after you do. If you don't there is a really good chance you will put all or part of it back.

After a very, very short wait, went to Darlene's window. She was both friendly and proficient. Both of them treated me like a friend, not a "number" -- both made the experience enjoyable. As a new CA resident, I was worried I would not have all the required documents, especially after AI kept insisting I needed a W-2, 1099, or Social Security card, none of which are required for a REAL ID. In reality, all they needed from me was my out-of-state driver's license, a utility bill, my CA vehicle registration, and my passport. I completed the application online ahead of time and uploaded those documents in advance, which definitely helped. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and efficient. I passed the written test on the first try, though I am honestly not sure how. Whoever is responsible for writing the manual and test questions should do better. Some of them made little sense. I imagine they are based on poorly written legislation, but even so, the questions should be clearer, more relevant, and genuinely useful as a learning tool for everyone's safety.

However, we loved our stop here and recommend it as a first stop if you're visiting the town or greater area for the first time. It's inside the old train station and has lots of free parking right outside. Inside you'll find free brochures and maps for every activity you can think of. The two ladies behind the desk were extremely welcoming and happy to chat about where we were from and why we were in town. It's genuinely nice to be welcomed to a new place. They have some small items for sale too.

Or upcoming community events? This is the place for you! The two volunteers we met today were more than happy to tell us about their center and the town, even after we told them my husband's parents only live a few blocks away. They also provided us with an interesting pamphlet of D Street history. It's a wonderful visitor center, whether you're a local or just driving through. If you're nearby on a Sunday, stop in and ask for some fun, free info. Bring your electric car and charge it at the station in their private parking lot. And be sure to stop at the wonderful art gallery next door before you hit the road on your Petaluma adventure!

Edit: Now they've retaliated by closing my benefitscal account, cancelling my ebt card, and took a long time to process a change that would result in higher benefits. And although I know it's in my file that I use TTY, workers keep spam calling me via voice call, even in response to emails I've sent specifically asking them to use TTY compatible device/service, like it really seems like some sick joke! and I complained about this to the "ADA Facilities and Public Access Coordinator" and all she said was "I am not clear exactly what the problem is at this point" and "I am not clear exactly what this issue is." The *ADA Facilities and Public Access Coordinator* is not clear what the problem is when it's in my records that I use TTY and workers keep calling me via voice, even though they know I use TTY (as they are also responding to emails specifically noting this)?? THEN GET ANOTHER JOB! I'm "not clear" how ANYONE could not understand what the problem is when county workers insist on calling via voice to someone who's noted to use TTY, let alone an ADA officer!
