It's unfortunate that I have to write this review but I feel like I was completely duped. By the…read morereviews I saw online of this company I was impressed at first -5 stars, women owned, and local - I thought "how perfect!" Then the day came for my cleaning and no one showed up at the time they specified. After about 15 minutes, I called and asked where they were and if they were having trouble since no one has arrived yet and the owner just said "oh ya I was about to call you, they're on their way." Right. Another 20 minutes later I get a call from the owner saying they are having trouble finding the place so I give directions and excited they are finally there. NOPE. Another 30 MINUTES passes, total of 1 hr, of waiting for them. I open the door and they just smile like they didn't just show up an hour late and no apology either. 2 people sent and they both worked in each room at the same time. 2.5 hours for a 1 bed 1 bath that really only needed the kitchen and bathroom done seems a bit odd. The place didn't even smell clean when they left and they left dust all over the floor! (Picture attached) The owner never apologized for the complete lack of respect of my time and quite frankly the job done was not worth the money. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
