I am in their membership program which requires monthly payments and grants me routine maintenance on my system. However, Kilowatt skipped my last service appointment. When I called to check in, I was greeted by an AI bot - one thing that WAS good about this business, is that they had great person-to-person customer service, now they choose AI. When I was able to circumvent the AI, I was forwarded to a call center. The operator informed me I was removed from the membership, though the company has been collecting my monthly fees. When I asked to be connected to someone in the actual office, the operator refused. When asked when my call would be returned, the operator said he didn't know. TL;DR - AI bots screen calls and schedule appoints, collect fees but haven't provided services.
