My AC just randomly shut off yesterday and my nest Thermostat threw out a E73 error. I already knew my AC unit is on its last legs because it's over 20 years old. I already did the typical yearly maintenance on it 2 months ago with another company. Vardan give me a call like an hour later after I submitted my message but I thought it was a spam so I didn't pick up. He then sent a text and that's how we communicated. Everything in my life is breaking, again! There's a certain feeling you get when you suspect something like your heater/A/C unit is dying. Wholly Smokes, this is not good. I scheduled an appointment with Vardan to troubleshoot a possible problem with my air conditioning unit due to what looked like a water leak/ stain on the ceiling. Fee for this appointment $100. Vardan arrive on time, examined the stain/ leak, then went into the attic to investigate the possible problem. After some time he figured that the stain/ leak on ceiling had nothing to do with the unit in the attic (which I had replace a few years prior with another company) Vardan determined that the old unit had caused the problem. I then proceeded to ask how he would like payment and was surprised when he said no payment necessary. (After some persuasion Vardan agreed to $50) I appreciated his honest, time and effort. He kept asking if I will replace it the estimate is free But if I don't replace the system he has to charge me , I told him I do not know if it needs to be replaced or not , the fact that his expenses does not apply for system replacement is kind weird , it was just a simple home visit I ended up getting 3 free estimates and replaced my whole system .
