Everything in my life is breaking, again! There's a certain feeling you get when you suspect something like your heater/A/C unit is dying. Wholly Smokes, this is not good. My AC just randomly shut off yesterday and my nest Thermostat threw out a E73 error. I already knew my AC unit is on its last legs because it's over 20 years old. Vardan arrive on time, examined the stain/ leak, then went into the attic to investigate the possible problem. After some time he figured that the stain/ leak on ceiling had nothing to do with the unit in the attic (which I had replace a few years prior with another company) Vardan determined that the old unit had caused the problem. He kept asking if I will replace it the estimate is free But if I don't replace the system he has to charge me , I told him I do not know if it needs to be replaced or not , the fact that his expenses does not apply for system replacement is kind weird , it was just a simple home visit I ended up getting 3 free estimates and replaced my whole system . My air conditioning has been on the fritz. I could hear it click on but the AC would only work intermittently. Vardan came out twice and of course the AC worked when he was here. Vardan didn't charge me for the first two visits because no work was done other than to get up and look at the AC unit. Since it was working he couldn't identify the problem or do any repairs. I called Vardan a third time and told him it was again not working. He made it a priority to come to my house right away so he could see it when it wasn't working.
