I went in with an approved design and expected the final tattoo to match what was agreed upon. Unfortunately, the finished work does not reflect the original design. Several details were changed, altered, or left out entirely, and the end result is not what I consented to. I contacted the shop to address the issue and requested a refund due to the differences between the approved design and the completed tattoo. My request was denied. After attempting to continue communication to resolve the situation, I was blocked on social media by the shop owner, Matt Stebly, which ended any opportunity for further discussion. The handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and dismissive. I made a good faith effort to resolve this privately before leaving a public review. I would caution others to be extremely clear about expectations, get everything documented, and not assume that a reputable-looking shop guarantees quality results or good customer service. This was not the experience I expected for permanent work. This was my last tattoo that represents my children and now I have this ugly thing on my neck and have to get it fixed and spend more money ... I am absolutely devastated, he also told me that the tattoo I originally showed them is "unrealistic" he then said he would fix it himself and then blocked me .... I will never go back there to get my tattoo fixed if the owner blocked me on socials, I'm not sure if he was under the influence but it scarred me now for life attached are the emails I wrote back and forth hy the shop, plus talking to Matt on instagram then being blocked, btw look at the beads on the picture I circled, it literally looks like a dick And balls See attached photos I was offered to come in and get it fixed by Matt himself and then I was blocked from further communication

We went to a few other shops in the area and by far this was the best and most professional shop we found. And the business is not closed! I have about 30 hours of tattoos, so have had my fair share of experience in shops. The prices are pretty amazing for the quality with a very reasonable shop minimum. The artwork is actually drawn up and not just printed off and they don't try to up sell you saying your tattoo has to be the length of your entire arm like the shop up the street... cough cough Our tattoos have healed nicely and everything was super sanitary. Also, love the artwork hung around the shop and the decor. If you're looking for a good place to get a tattoo in the ocean springs Biloxi area this should be your go to.

I was recommended by my aesthetician for permanent makeup from my eyebrows. I made an appointment…read more (cannot remember the artist name, she was pregnant at the time) and my first appointment was told that my previous eyebrow tattoo was applied with the wrong ink and that had to be removed. $200.00 and was told to come back (which I did) for application of the new eyebrow tattoo $200.00. At the end of that session artist told me to heal for a month and she would get back to me once she had the baby that was December 16, 2023 over 5 months ago, and never heard back from either the shop or the artist. The funny part is the tattoo artist was just starting her craft as a tattoo artist. You would think that follow up customer service would be a "given" not only with the artist but the shop as well. I would not recommend this shop or the girl (which I could remember her name). Shame on the business for not following through with customer service.
