I was recommended by my aesthetician for permanent makeup from my eyebrows. I made an appointment (cannot remember the artist name, she was pregnant at the time) and my first appointment was told that my previous eyebrow tattoo was applied with the wrong ink and that had to be removed. $200.00 and was told to come back (which I did) for application of the new eyebrow tattoo $200.00. At the end of that session artist told me to heal for a month and she would get back to me once she had the baby that was December 16, 2023 over 5 months ago, and never heard back from either the shop or the artist. The funny part is the tattoo artist was just starting her craft as a tattoo artist. You would think that follow up customer service would be a "given" not only with the artist but the shop as well. I would not recommend this shop or the girl (which I could remember her name). Shame on the business for not following through with customer service. read more

My sisters and I have been wanting birth order tattoos for a while now. It's a very simple tattoo and many places we checked with were not interested in doing it stating they "didn't have time for something like that". Not only did Dragons Den make time for us, they treated us like we were just as important as any other customer. If I could give ZERO STARS I would! This place is disgusting and I would not recommend them to anyone. I was refused a refund for my deposit in which I set an appointment for two tattoos. The paid artist decided to string me along and consistently change my appointments due to his supplies not being delivered. I waited patiently for two weeks and decided to go with another artist at a different location. After I showed up to Dragons Den 4 times (the paid artist was never there, and he never answered his coworkers phone calls while I was there) all I wanted was my money back. The girl at the desk, Katie was at least caring enough to help every time I came in. The nasty manager Kim told me all she could do was give me the drawings from said artist. Uhhh no. Your paid "worker" took those images from Pinterest and he did not use his time to draw them. I will NOT pay for something I can get myself for free. And just to add, that said paid artist lied and offered to give me partial of my deposit (I which I never got). So yeah, if you wanna give your deposit or time to these rude lying ass hypocritical "artists" go right ahead. And yes, Im mad. I work so f**king hard for my money to be played with and denied a refund when services are not completed. read more

I went here for my second tattoo. I got simple letters and Roman numerals; the lady who did it didn't have a steady hand, slipped, and added a small dot to the end of the letters. The numbers are all uneven and the people working there are extremely rude. I'd refuse to come here again. read more

I can honestly say all of my tattoos (only 4 so far) have all come from here. However, the last was the worst and will never go back. The first three were fantastic and done by Jason Broadhead. The last time I went, there were only two girls there. The tattoo I wanted only measures an inch in diameter and is a simple line drawing. I was charged $80 for a crooked, scarred, and uneven tattoo. On vacation and decided to stop in at 10:05pm, seeing as though they don't close until 12am. I wanted a nose piercing, however, I was quickly informed that they didn't have time to do it as they just sterilized all of the equipment, yet they pulled someone back as I was standing there to complete a piercing. I went in for a cover-up and the woman I dealt with was incredibly rude. She did not care about anything I wanted and would not listen to anything I said.
