They really are horrific people. I paid $500 extra to see the vet cardiologist at 6:00pm the next day (they said the extra $500 was for squeezing me in), and at 7:00pm he still wasn't there. I had paid the entire $1,415 in advance over the phone with a credit card, and I got an email confirming my appointment and some papers to fill out. I filled out all the forms and returned them promptly. When the cardiologist was an hour late, I kept calling Coast to Coast company to tell them the vet hadn't arrived, but they wouldn't answer. C2C rents space at our local emergency vet, and the staff there really wanted to help, but didn't have any contact info either. A friend found the vet's cell phone online, and I called him and he picked up! The cardiologist didn't know about the appointment. No one from Coast to Coast had told him! I told the cardio vet I had an email confirmation of the appointment at 6:00pm at that location, and had filled out all the paperwork. He said he'd be there by 8:00pm. He didn't show up. I called him again on his cell at 8:30pm, and the vet told me his company (Coast to Coast) told him not to show up. I was crying, my dog was struggling to breathe, we had exhausted all avenues at the emergency vet the night before, and I convinced the cardiologist to come that night. He made it just before 10:00pm -- 4 hours after my appointment time. The local vet staff were kind and let me wait for him in a room instead of my cold car. The vet himself was good, and made a treatment plan. But he didn't receive any of the paperwork with the medical history of my dog. Fortunately, I had printed out the paperwork from C2C and brought a copy with me. At the end of the visit, he said, "ok, the company will bill you directly." I told him I already paid the $915 for the visit and $500 extra to get in that day, total $1,415. He had no idea, and then said he understood why I was so upset. At some point during that long night, the staff at Coast to Coast found out the vet came to the appointment and called me. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, they yelled at me for calling the vet directly. They said I did not have a confirmed appointment and told me I was rude and unprofessional. How dare I go over their heads and call the vet on his cell. They demanded to know how I got his cell phone number. Coast to Coast wouldn't return my calls when I asked if the vet was going to show up, but as soon as they found out he did show up, THEN they called. They called me the next day again (I didn't pick up) -- NOT to apologize or check on my dog -- but to yell at me again into my voicemail -- while I was dealing with a dying beloved pet. Super rude, insensitive, and they continued to lie. They said they never told me I had an appointment, I had no right to call the vet directly, and shame on me. I saved that voicemail. I have the credit card records and a receipt that I paid in advance. And the email confirmation of the appointment time, date, and location (see photo). My sweep pup died 2 days later, likely because of the delay in his treatment plan. Please don't ever ever use this company. And any cardiologist vets reading this, please don't work for them! (I suspect the vet only got a small portion of the $1,415 I paid to Coast to Coast).

My poor dog struggling with her Holter monitor for 2 days for absolutely no reason.

I took my dogs there for 5 years. The owner is not a nice man and basically banished me and my dog…read morefrom coming here because I complained that it was a unsafe environment outside due to 3 business's dogs all coming together in a walkway, especially the boarding dogs which I witnessed going after pets twice. Debbie at the front desk is very nice and the other vet is also pleasant. There are 2 vets, one is the owner and he and the other vet always seemed to have different opinions on what was wrong with my pets at any given time. At the end he threatened me in a email to tell all the other vets in the area not to take me on as a client. Who does that? Cause you didnt like what I said? I didnt swear or threaten just told them it wasnt safe for my dog to come in there and I was done. FYI, apparently the other vets didnt care about his opinion ...sad to treat a long time customer with disrespect . Think twice is all I have to say about Post Rd

Do not USE THIS VET! I brought my dogs urine sample in to be checked, got the results by email…read moresaying he needs blood work and X-rays. I call right away and they say he can't be seen until December 2 or 9 which was 2-3 weeks away.. I did not get a call from the ROB NICHOLSON the so called vet explaining anything. Back and forth with a few more phone calls to them and guess what? STILL CANT EVEN SPEAK THE THE ACTUAL DOCTOR. They told me I cannot come in any other day expect on a Tuesday for X-rays and bloodwork. Well I'm sorry my dog was dying on a Wednesday. They finally said I can come in next week rather than waiting 2-3 weeks. I took my sweet dog to the animal hospital and come to find out he has kidney failure with only a couple days to live. After I leave the hospital I call post road, in actual tears, talking to the receptionist for a second opinion and guess what? They put me on hold to ask the doctors questions and STILL WOULDNT talk to me as my dog as staring at me DYING. No call back asking how he is, NOTHING. This review isn't made up in slightest bit, and I am not some miserable person trying to shame a business nor do I ever even leave reviews. I just want everyone to realize that these people do not care about your animal and I can promise you that. I promise. Please be careful going to this place. My poor dog is not suffering anymore. But post road would have let my dog suffer and suffer until he died looking at me. If I can help one person by not going here I would be so happy.
