They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right away. Once I arrived, all I had to is just checking in with my receptionist and I am able to see my doctor right away. I was 9 weeks pregnant (miscalculated) and after her quick ultrasound, told me that I had an ectopic pregnancy that would require surgery, I was in her office for no more than 15 minutes and quickly rushed out to get a more in depth ultrasound elsewhere. This was my first pregnancy and was not anticipating this type of care. After that horrible interaction, I decided to give it another go with Dr. Hayes / Nurse Tiana they were amazing! Really horrible situation as I can no longer access my medical records at all. He should leave Optum and join a practice where he serves his patients rather than United Healthcare shareholders.
