They took out several "trash trees" for us as well as removing a large palm that was really interfering with a magnolia's growth. Kyle came out and took the time to walk the property with us and discuss options before quickly building us a quote we were happy with. He and his team spent two days at our place getting everything ship-shape and we could not be happier. They were careful to work around our electric and cable lines, and even shored up a big cable for us. As of today he's not shown up even though our last conversation was he'd be here last Thursday or Friday as he needed to get it done. Well we waited all day Thursday July 2nd and Friday July 3rd. He not only didn't show up but not a phone call did he feel was a good practice for his business to give us a call. So today I sent him a text telling him he was fired.
