They were careful to work around our electric and cable lines, and even shored up a big cable for us. We cancelled and he billed us again for this month and hasn't responded to my wife's contact about it. We are disputing the claim through our bank. We gave him the benefit of the doubt until billing us for services not provided. I have no patience with that.
