As of today he's not shown up even though our last conversation was he'd be here last Thursday or Friday as he needed to get it done. Well we waited all day Thursday July 2nd and Friday July 3rd. He not only didn't show up but not a phone call did he feel was a good practice for his business to give us a call. So today I sent him a text telling him he was fired. The crew returned 2 days later and finished removing all limbs and did total clean up. Great work at a fair price.

Has never showed up when promised, ... but the big thing is billing us for services not rendered. We cancelled and he billed us again for this month and hasn't responded to my wife's contact about it. We are disputing the claim through our bank. In addition to this when my wife contacted him to ask when the work would be done (after 3 weeks late) he got defensive and short with her. We gave him the benefit of the doubt until billing us for services not provided. I have no patience with that.

Their tree trimming/cutting crews show up on time and are very professional in reviewing the plan and getting right to work. Watching the climbers and the other team members is absolutely fascinating.
