I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I was referred here by Conway hospital and was told when I arrived that even though I have Medicaid, they won't accept California Medicaid, but that they'd bill me. Even though I arrived early it was almost 45 mins after my appt time before I was brought back. After the nurse or whoever told me to undress it was almost a half hour more before the doc came in. 2 mins into the discussion her phone rang, she answered it, and then said she had to go deliver a baby at the hospital but that she would send another doc in. Because all the other docs had their own patients and appts I just had to sit there half naked and bleeding on their table till another was able to come in. She rushed me through a 5 min ultrasound, told me she'd fill my prescriptions, and sent me on my way. That was 2 hours out of my day for 7 mins of time with their docs. I picked up my prescription when I went to take them that night, I realized the amount of pills/dosage on the bottle was different than what it said on the instructions and content on the outside of the bag the pills came in. Docs office was closed so I called the pharmacy and got told... idk why that is, I didn't fill it, but try their after hours number. Called and received a callback from a doctor who said idk why it's different... I didn't write the prescription. I asked if the way it said on the bottle was the typical way that medicine was taken and he said idk... I'm just answering calls for them. Decided to wait till Monday to call before I took them because I didn't want to take them incorrectly. Got told Monday don't worry about what the outer instructions say, just do what it says on the bottle. Then a week later, when they called to confirm my follow up/procedure, I voiced my concerns on why they were having me do a more expensive procedure than was necessary when they've already told me they won't accept my insurance. I was told the question would be asked and a doc would call me back to discuss it. Never got a call back. Went in today for my appt and was told I HAD to pay out of pocket or they wouldn't see me. They refused to see me and bill me. I walked out VERY angry after saying a few not so nice words. But then I walked back and and told them had they bothered to call me back yesterday, when I had already voiced concerns over cost, they could have told me then that I'd have to pay out of pocket, and I wouldn't have wasted my time going today. One of the ladies said I spoke to you yesterday, and told you the doctor is out of town this week. Um.... no you didn't. I did. I called back and left you a voicemail. Um... no you didn't. No missed call, no voicemail. I pulled out my phone and asked her to please show me on my call log where there was a missed call or voicemail and she said she wasn't going to go through my phone. I said okay well this is your number correct, do you see a second or missed call? I'm not going to go through your phone... have a good day. Yeah... that's what I thought. Incompetent LIARS.
