When my husband and I are home we both have trouble breathing and itchy eyes. We left for a 3 week vacation and felt great. Came home and all the symptoms are back. I called the Mold Guys on Monday and they sent someone Tuesday. Eric arrived and reviewed his process. He was thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. The air quality was tested, entire home was searched for potential water damage and mold. The result was mold in our A/C unit and ducts. They gave us a recommendation to have that serviced. I would highly recommend The Mold Guyz!

But he could do the work right away and he told me he was late because of a sick kid. Then he said he himself was under the weather. It is cold and flu season so I figured it was possible. While they were working these guys were acting bizarre. Being verbally loud, and making unnecessary noises. At one point I thought someone was hurt they were yelling so much. After starting the job Justin complained saying 'this is a lot harder to work with then I thought." Even though I was giving him a $125.00 bonus to do the job on Saturday. He asked for cash and to this date, one month later. He hasn't given me a receipt. I made the big mistake of leaving before they had finished the job. I was notified of a memorial service at the last minute. So I left before they had finished the ceilings. Now I realize I should have canceled and rescheduled the job. Or if I could see into the future I would have never used them to do any work. My disabled son stayed to pay them the cash they requested. I told my son to ask questions. My son told me these guys were mocking him when he asked why they didn't paint the hall. Actually what he saw was they textured over the drywall and left the drywall visible. That is what he was questioning. Also there are peaks and snowdrifts in the spakel which follow no pattern. Justin took a smooth ceiling and made it textured without asking me. Then he didn't finish the texturing up to the edges. I know a professional would not do a job this way. They also left a crease on the ceiling in the hallway and blade marks in the design. It looks terrible. Just to further show the low quality of service. They left a huge mess. My son would never notice they left a mess of drywall dust all over the house. When I left they were done cutting and hanging the drywall. This means the drywall dust all over my house happened from the drapes on the floor. They washed there equipment up in the front yard. So there are large drywall pebbles all over the front yard. I heard from Justin who told me it is normal to let the drywall show through and the mess happened during the process. But he agreed to come and make an attempt to improve the poor spakling he had done... that was four weeks ago. Since then he's 'Canceled' three times. He's just stringing me along. He has no intention of fixing the mess he made. Overall I am very dissatisfied with thier work. I have pictures which I have included. Pictures don't tell stories. I payed 800.00 for this messy work. I have reported Justin to the FL Consumer General for not providing me with a receipt and not completing the job, as agreed.

I Final Touch Drywall installed new drywall and repaired 3 large ceiling…read moreCracks for us. They hung and taped plastic everywhere and covered the floors to contain everything. They also put orange peel texture matching our existing walls and matched the Spanish Lace texture on our ceilings. They spent 3 days here and never stopped working, and this was not an easy job. They were prompt and cleaned up in a spot we provided for them. This was one of the most professional companies we have ever worked with and are thrilled with their work. They are the best! I would recommend them for any new or replacement/repair work you might need! Jean and Jim White
