I specifically asked for a written estimate with a detailed breakdown of the charges. My email was provided and was told it would be sent. Instead of receiving a proper written quote on company letterhead, I was simply sent an email with the total amount and a phone number - no breakdown or formal documentation as requested. When I followed up to request the written estimate, I was told that providing one would now require a charge for the inspection, despite being told upfront that it would be free. This was very disappointing and felt misleading, as I was expecting transparent communication and no charges for a basic written estimate.
