This phase of the project required opening an exterior load bearing wall. The next phase, an adjoining bedroom was added with bathroom including a walk-in tub, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is. We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project.
