My only semi-complaint is the $150 fee per room for furniture removal. Another carpet place I went to charged half that amount but they were more expensive overall and this was outside my budget. I would definitely use them again if I ever have more floor work to be done. If you have flooring needs you should definitely at least allow United to quote on your project.
