The boat came with a lovely marine sofa, which, while very pretty, was super uncomfortable. The marina we are in is right around the corner from this little gem of a store. We wandered in one day and was greeted by Latricia. She allowed us sitting rights on every recliner sofa we wanted and ultimately found the one for us. We had to buy a sofa that would come apart in pieces because the door to get it into the boat is only 23 inches wide. Latricia told us that some other folks had bought this particular couch for their boats, so we measured and sure enough, it would fit thru the opening. Added bonus- this is the most fabulous store in and of itself. It is so fun, and whimsical. Beautiful! We had so much fun shopping here! Thank you Latricia. We love our new reclining sofa!

We settled on a Tony Bahama Chair as well as some Lane patio items. For the most part when buying consignment be sure to inspect thoroughly, this stuff even though used is expensive. Fortunately our discoveries were fairly minor (cushions for chairs unseamed etc) overall this is a good spot to go for your needs. Just be careful as even the sales person may not know there is a problem. Quality control issues overlooked easy to do on used.

Found a Vegas T-shirt with the original Vegas sign on the front of it the shirt. T-shirt was very soft material. Really really reasonably priced. Bought it! While in the store the owner gave a little trivia about a deck of cards and the area and also had a sign that said "Lumos Maxima" it is a spell in Harry Potter. Their store creates conversations. Love it! That was a plus. Very organized, well designed and colorful and fun store to go experience.

I like finding Americana plates and furnishings. Vintage jerseys. Games and puzzles. Hand-me-down fashion. I think Goodwill is more of a straight business op than Salvation Army, but hopefully some good comes of supporting them and I like the idea of reducing and reusing. I got some nice shorts. For some inexplicable reason my waistline has expanded slightly, but there was a good selection and I found several that were a comfy fit. Also some games. I almost got a set of those key ring style puzzles to solve. But then realized I don't have the patience and I come from an impatient family that might or might not enjoy them as gifts. I like the idea though. The book selection was okay. They actually have a store JUST of books on Clark Rd including oversized ones and pop-ups and more. Lots of these Goodwill stores tucked around down here. I may start doing flea markets too. I need lots and lots more stuff. And my LiL loves trying new toys and books and games, so getting them at a big discount and used is the way to go. Hopefully we can pass them on down.in the future. I almost forgot to mention the changing room doors lock when you close the door. So you can only get in with assistance. And if you want to walk with something or admire yourself strutting around in a mirror outside the changing room you will be exiled with a challenging return. In other words you have to get help to get back in it, and even if you try to get in right after someone else.. If that door closes it's the end. Banishment.

Overpriced you can get better prices at the TJ Maxx or Macy's. So sad that they are asking so much…read moremoney for items that were donated. So greedy
