The starboard stay is also more inward leaving no room for adjustment. When we raised this concern about the tension on the Bimini, Bill did come out to re-examine the Bimini. He reassured us this was normal and it would not result in unnecessary wear. However, when I look at other sailboat Biminis at our marina they all have stays which are centered in the stay slits. Boatswain's Locker's Bimini has a generally nice design but for this price, we are not pleased with the fit or follow-up to adjust once the issue was brought to their attention.

I purchased a Groupoun for carpet cleaning for my mother. The company had advertised a Mother's Day…read moresale; I then selected and purchased the "Carpet Cleaning for Two Rooms up to 400 Sqft...plus Deodorizing and Sanitizing" which was $40.04. After Their arrival to service the apartment the compnay began to price gouge, and stated that the stains were not going to be removed because the Groupon is only a "general cleaning" and when they saw there were two pets they associated the stains as pet stains. which was not included in the Groupon purchases, understandably. Please note: both animals are potty trained and the stains were from everyday walking and living throughout the home. We chose to add an additional room, after the service technician stated it should just be knocked out while they were there, but then stated they could not really clean the carpet without purchasing the deep clean and mentioned each room is $45.00 plus an additional $15.00 for a fuel fee. Feeling cornered we followed through with the company. After, I asked for an itemized statement for a better understanding of all the additional fees, because the Groupon never mentioned a fuel fee unless you are 25 miles outside of the 32208 radius. I also did not understand why I had to pay for two additional rooms instead of one, being that I orginnally purchased a two room package up to 400 sqft; or why I had to pay additional for stains when the Groupon advertised cleaning heavy stains. I was met with complete frustration for trying to get a better understanding, and was only given an invoice after asking for an itemized statement numerous times. I have contacted the BBB along with the Florida's Attorney General, because I am sure we all work hard for our money and if we go on Groupon, we are looking for discounts and do not expect to be hustled. I did so, he took down my info, and my man picked me up and took me to work. They checked out my car and sent me a text the contained an estimate based on what they found. Yup, coolant was leaking and the water pump needed to be replaced. I approved the work and they did it all. The best part is when speaking to Alex he said my car would be ready by the time they closed. I was worried that they'd close up shop as we didn't get over until way past time but they stayed open and Alex moved my car out of the shop and cashed me out.
