I just had my first microneedling session ever with Desiree at Rejuvaderm MediSpa. I am very pleased with the session and service I received! Desiree was very knowledgeable about the service and explained in detail exactly what the treatment was, and how my textured oily skin would benefit from the treatment. I am not sensitive when it comes to pain, so Desiree explained the different levels of microneedling and before trying the highest setting, she tested my tolerance. I gave Desiree permission to go a little aggressive on my skin, and yet she was still very gentle. After my session, I immediately noticed a difference in my skins texture. It is now very smooth and glowing! Desiree explained that over a short time, my skin will look even better! I can't wait for my next session! So I decided to get "filler" done here after hearing good things about the place. The place was welcoming and the staff were nice but they were on the expensive side. I paid almost $1,000.00 for filler in my lips and after a few days (when the swelling goes down) it looked like there was hardly anything done at all.... After a few days- even my family encouraged me to call. I called to say that there were hardly any results- but they really didn't want to hear it. I'm giving 2 stars due to the staff, the atmosphere/ambiance and the doctor or nurse who did the procedure was extremely nice and made me feel really comfortable. She also did appear to know what she was doing because she knew I wanted to alter my smile because it's somewhat crooked and did help by adding some Botox - which was reassuring until I got filler done elsewhere. I got filler redone and right off the bat -I could tell she was extremely knowledgable about filler's and this and that and I could tell she knew WAY MORE then the woman at Rejuvaderm. Her paperwork was more detailed and she knew about cold sores, tanning & and smoking. I had to tell the staff at rejuvaderm that I do have a tendency to get cold sores so I would need a prescription (staff had no idea what I was talking about), and never once mentioned that I shouldn't smoke or tan before getting filler done. It's a little concerning. The new woman also told me she ruined my Cupid's bow... So I literally spent less then half the money at another medical spa and got MUCH better results and she fixed my Cupid's bow!!! read more

I was a regular customer for years until they made major changes to staff and management. The NP that does injectables is the rudest person and does not give u what u pay for. She broke a Needle in my forehead, botox went in my eyes and she said oops. So all the wasted botox I still had to pay for. To go back and get a touch up she would make excuses why u didn't need it. If I could give negative stars I would. I left after spending thousands there every year for four years. I went to management w my concerns and nothing changed. I had got two facials by jessica done here and they scared my face with a peel ! I Proceeded to go see Dr. Ellen Frankel and told her what happen and she perscribed aczone and to see her in 8 weeks that was it ! Now today i go back and she bearly looks at my face and Write me a script for the Aczone and tells me u have acne put it alll over your face !! And charged me for the visit and when i said this is a fix from one of ur employees and she said no u need to pay for the copay even though i was getting it fixed from what happen at ur office !! I am really shocked by these reviews. I have been to this Medical Spa for several treatments. This staff is very knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I have been seeing Desiree for awhile. She takes her time explaining in detail the procedure she feels is the best for your concerns. I have never sensed any nervousness, tensions or unsureness. This staff is very confident in providing you with knowledgeable information and the best services. They want their clients to leave pleased. I can't believe these negative reviews. This place is amazing!!!!! I received lip injections from sara and it was the best experience. I used to live in Los Angeles and would get my lips done in Beverly Hills - Sara was the best I've ever been to. It was a very calm environment and she talked me through everything. We did breath work and it really made it so I felt no pain at all. She is a true artist and I am very happy with how my lips turned out. Thank you!!!! read more

I have recently had two Hydrafacials done. And it was great! My face feels a million times better and very well hydrated. I love the mini peel that comes with it and my face looks radiant. I would recommend this treatment. My treatment is done with Jenny during the consultation she was very attentive and really listened to my concerns, she was the reason why i decided to do this. Is best to have this treatment done at least four times. So i have two more to go. I will keep updating. read more

I had a very terrible experience here. There was probably one girl who treated me like a normal human being, but the rest of the staff and the lady aesthetician I was completely baffled by how selfish and stuck up they were. Needless to say I will never go back there. I am an honest, and understanding person I am compassionate towards others, I also understand people have bad days but the way I was treated here was not professional or necessary. Go somewhere else! The technician i saw for microneedling told me that the only way my depressed acne scars could get worse from the procedure or that it could cause new scars was if they did their job wrong..well..they did their job wrong! My scars look worse and i have new ones from 2 microneedling procedures i did at this place. They also tried to charge me $30 more the second time for the same procedure on the same area of my face and when i brought it to their attention i was given attitude. Way to make people feel uncomfortable! They take pictures of your progress (because you almost always need more than 1 procedure done) but they take the pictures facing straight at the scars, the best way to see pitted acne scars is at an angle. Now i have to get a laser resurfacing done which is way more expensive because this place made my scars worse, was careless, and they did their job wrong. I doubt microneedling is even good at resurfacing acne scars. I look at my scars being worse all the time and i hate it, i am so disappointed in the result. Should have done lasers or a chemical peel from the start and at a place that knows what they're doing and cares about your results. If they don't know what they're doing, they should keep their hands away from people's faces! Be careful, consult with your dermatologist first, and avoid this place!!! read more

My experience with Rejuvaderm Medi Spa has been absolutely horrible. When I first called to make an appointment there was not one place open for over a week. I didn't want to wait that long but I figured better late than never and booked an appointment. Come the day of the appointment I ended up being 7 minutes late and they refused to take me. Of course I was upset, but I figured it was my fault and rescheduled. The day I came back for the rescheduled appointment which I was told and had written down was going to be at 4:30 I was told my appointment was actually at 4. I explained that I was told 4:30 and I knew this because I would have no reason to write down the wrong time and I was told all they could do was reschedule for the next week, which happened to be after their March promotion would be over. Not only this, but I received no confirmation call or email or anything of the sort. Needless to say, I have not received a facial from this location and I do not plan to anytime in the future. read more
