Recently I had COVID and my doctor prescribed meds. He told me to go here because he knew they had a good supply and it was free. Soooo convenient! Pulled up right in front. Walked in, spoke to the young man behind the counter. My doctor had JUST called it in. They said "No problem. We'll take care of it right now". They asked me if I had tested positive and when I told them yes they asked me to wait in my car and they would bring it out. Literally, less than 4 minutes later the pharmacist walked out w my script. There were a lot of unique little things in there that you don't see at the big guys. Like Anti Monkey Butt Powder ;-) Will def make an effort to go in here for my OTC needs. Well worth supporting these folks.

This new location is clean, almost stark and efficiently laid out. I have seen the comments about the staff, and I guess it is all about expectations and how the patient treats the staff. My experience has been excellent. It is a busy location especially in the am with all the fasting labs. They are there to draw blood and move on. They are not there to make friends, hear all of your life and health problems or see all the pictures of your grandchildren. I have nearly always received a "good stick" and easy draw there. I have found everyone polite and friendly. However, that is how I approach everyone, and people seem to return the attitude.

I posted the fees. It's clean there and I suppose if you don't need an emergency room and can't wait to see your primary care and they take your insurance it's a reasonable choice. Parking is out front for the clinic.

I have to say that the staff working here in cocoa beach are very inexperienced and not able to even keep track of the people in their rooms. After getting to the examination room and getting her vitals we sat there for 2 hours without anyone else coming to see us or check on us. When I got up and opened the door and walked out the staff looked at me in astonishment. They had obviously forgotten about us. Nothing against the younger generation but this group definitely need some adult supervision
