When I call there, every option on their phone 1thru 5, no one picks up. After 40 min of trying to get a person they answer only to transfer me to a person who before never picked up and still did not. Then I call right back and the girl hangs up on me saying my phone dropped. No, you hung up because I am upset no one answers your phones. Then she tries to tell me "This is our busy season and we are short staffed" and asks me to call back!! Are you kidding me? No. I had to leave my number and wait. If you're so busy, then this doctor is making the bucks enough to hire enough people and pay them well. Perfect example of crappy customer service and poor healthcare. Send my records to where I need them please!

As a Crohns patient, I have been to Hell and back for a couple of years. At one recent hospital visit, Dr. Bianchi burst through my door with a smile and a warm bedside manner with an eagerness to help. From then on, each and every day of my hospital stay, she was there to explain in great detail what was going on and what she planned on doing to help me. She is amazing. She is kind. She is willing to sit with you as long as you need. She's willing to get her hands dirty (not literally, she wears gloves) and get in there to solve your problems. To top it off, she even called in an intern so she could show the next generation of doctor exactly what she was doing for me.
