I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. The second offered an add-on service, but when I asked about why I'd need it, they admitted I didn't. They also came in hundreds of dollars about the third company--Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. I liked Lowe's flat rate: no surprises! I liked the service even better. The technician arrived on time. He took off his shoes in the house and was respectful of our things. He worked diligently for about seven hours to clean our dryer vent and the ducts for our three HVAC systems. He showed me before and after pictures that I could identify as ours because I'd found the same pet food kibbles elsewhere in the house from the former owner.
