I was told told he would order and would take about a week. This is where everything started going south. After 10 days I called and was told glass should be in any day. Finally according to them the glass came in and we scheduled an appointment to install. After waiting a couple hours after scheduled time I called and was told two of his men had flu and could not make it. We rescheduled for another day the following week. This time after an hour and no show from time promised I called. Was told again guys were running late and couple out with flu. He said he would call me right back after he found where guys were and what time they would get there. Never received a call. After another few days we called and asked what was going on, we were told the glass came in but was broken. Needless to say but we cancelled everything. Unfortunately, cleaning was subpar and expensive. Only half of the bookshelf was dusted (items on…read moreshelf dusted around, not even moved to get all the dust), not all sills dusted, floors don't appear to have been vacuumed nor mopped (same two spill marks on the floor near the fridge that I wiped up with my wet swifter when I got home). In one bathroom, it appeared that only the toilet was cleaned (not the shower, floors, or sinks-just the faucets wiped off. Streaking left on most of the glass/mirrors throughout house; stovetop was already clean before they arrived, but came home to a film of waxy cleaner residue left behind that I had to scrub off. House smelled fresh like cleaning products, but upon closer inspection a lot was missed or only partially cleaned. Very disappointed in the service. It was as if they suddenly realized they ran out of time and ran out before finishing the job. Very bizarre and disappointing. I really wanted to recommend as owner is personable. My home is easy to clean and doesn't take long for one person, let alone the two experienced ladies that came to my door. I just knew for what I was paying the house would be absolutely immaculate... but it wasn't. I shouldn't have to clean over their nearly $100 per hour work. Not happy with this service and will not be using again.
