We talked a bit about what I wanted and I knew I wanted a change and color but not much beyond that. She assured me I'd be in good hands with Hayley. Hayley was great. She brought out color swatches and talked through some different options. There's a cute waiting area in a quiet space in the back while your color sets as well. Perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee. They have heated towels for your neck/head during your shampoo as well. Hayley was so sweet and answered any questions I had without ever being sales person-y or pushy (when should I get my color touched up? I have had my haircut, colored roots, highlighted, and had a Brazilian hair treatment and all services are done professionally with explanation of how hair will react to the chemicals. When she styles your hair, you also feel as if she is putting her heart into it and you feel super beautiful when you leave. I have been going to many salons over my years and conversation is always pleasant, she is always on time, and just overall a great stylist.
