The only showing we got were from other realtors in the 35-40-days it was listed. After a another weekend of frustration and not hearing from him, we asked to terminate our relationship. He repeatedly apologized and admitted he dropped the ball and didn't do a good job for us but would start from here on out. He repeatedly begged us to keep the listing with him. We explained again we had lost faith in him and really just wanted to go a different route. This experience has been extremely exhausting that we no longer want to sell or rent out our home. Serious concerns about maintenance and management follow-through…read more Nearly four weeks after reporting broken move-in fixtures, and 13 days after reporting an active kitchen-sink leak in writing, maintenance has not visited. Despite repeated follow-ups and management's acknowledgment, there is still no confirmed repair appointment. The lease requires customary diligence in maintaining fixtures and making reasonable repairs, and best efforts to repair water leaks within seven days of written notice. In my experience, management has failed to honor those commitments. The carpet was reportedly professionally cleaned, but even after I hired a professional to steam-clean it, vacuuming continues to collect unusually large amounts of dust. The walls are thin, and the cabinets are extremely old. My main concern is not cosmetic wear. It is leaving an active leak and broken fixtures unaddressed with no concrete plan to resolve them. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Casa Grande.
