The second I met Irene I fell in love with her. Not only if she's such a skilled and talented, stylist and colorist, but she really has such an amazing rapport with children. She invited my daughter to taste some Girl Scout cookies, and then gave us the contents of the box! My hair was a complete mess in terms of my highlights, growing out my length my roots everything. Irene took her time and created a masterpiece, and now I feel like I can run for president with his hair! The only reason I'm knocking off one star has nothing to do with Kaihler herself, but the salon's product pricing. I purchased a hair product there for $47, then realized afterward the exact same product/size is selling for around $25 at Ulta and Amazon, and even the brand's own website has it listed for $36. Marking products up that much is pretty scammy and left a bad taste in my mouth, so I definitely wouldn't purchase products from the salon again. But overall, Kaihler herself was amazing and I'd definitely recommend booking with her!

All while keeping up a string of thoroughly inappropriate commentary that kept me howling with laughter and made the time race by. She has had me removed and banned. . She said she would refund $75.00 if I removed my reviews., I did and now she is threatening me with an attorney and a restraining order because I told my truth. Don't go to this gal. There is several things wrong, all if which I have the right to share my experience. I have also had to reach out to my brother in law who is an attorney. I asked for $100.00 back and she's called me an extortionist. Go see someone else, you'll be glad you did.
