I called to get my medical records, the voice recording before they answer even states you can stop in the office between 8:30 AM-12 PM. I was calling to confirm that before I drove an hour and a half ONE WAY. However, I finally got a call back and the receptionist was anything but pleasant. She acted as if it was an issue that I wanted MY medical records. She stated that they no longer keep them at the office at all despite the voicemail and that Onslow Memorial Hospital has them and hung up on me. I got in contact with OMH, they said they don't even have the program technology rolled out yet for that program to even begin, therefore The Womens Clinic still has them.
